This is a very nice non-smoking beach condo and is located on the second floor. Our unit offers a great view of the gulf and a view of one of the many pools located at this resort.

My family (consisting of my wife and two boys) find this unit very comfortable.
Our Beach condo is ideal for a couple or small family.

The Living Area is the Center of This Second Floor Unit. A Television with Cable, is Provided. The Sofa Opens up Into a Sleeper. The Unit also has a Queen Size Bed in an adjoining area.
A small balcony furnished with two chairs offers an even better view of the gulf!

The Kitchen Area includes a table and includes a Stove, Refrigerator and Cooking & Eating Utensils.


This unit is very convenient to several of the pools and the beach. It takes about a one - two minute walk to reach the nearest pool and as well as the beach boardwalk.

Parking is usually available within 10 - 20 feet from the stairs or elevator to this condo.

IT IS JUST A MINUTE WALK TO THE NEAREST POOL WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY A VOLLEY BALL COURT, GRILL & PICNIC AREAS. GAZEBO WITH HOT TUB & ANOTHER POOL ARE LOCATED DOWN A BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED PATH. A BOARDWALK CARRIES YOU OVER THE NATURAL SAND DUNES TO THE BEACH. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. SMOKING IN UNIT OR BALCONY IS PROHIBITED. COIN OPERATED WASHER & DRYER IS AVAIABLE.
