This Chalet is spacious and perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. The house is located on a beautiful wooded lot within Knight's Hill Association. The association offers a private sandy beach ( 7 min. walk from the house) with a clubhouse, playground and sandbox for the kids! The swimming and boating is located on the picturesque 13 mile lake called Moose Pond. A 2 minute drive from the chalet brings you to the association's private olympic size pool with a kiddie pool, another clubhouse, tennis courts and basketball courts.

The chalet offers three floors of living: the basement has a ping-pong table and a living space with a TV,access to a small patio with grill and the half bathroom is on this floor. The main floor has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, a master bedroom with attached bathroom( shower stall), access to the 11ft. By 25 ft. screened deck
The top floor has four bedrooms: two twins,one full, another full, and two bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. |
