The villa has been renovated with new furniture, carpet, paint, and window coverings. The first floor and upstairs Master Suite with a Charleston style king bed offer a spectacular view of a large lagoon and the 18th fairway and green of the Turtle Point golf course by Jack Nicklaus. The elegant Country French style master bath features a separate tub and shower with new porcelain tile.
Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat or lounge chair and ottoman, and view a 25" color TV with expanded channel cable service and a movie DVD and VCR player. Sliding glass doors in the living room and upstairs master bedroom open to private decks overlooking the lagoon and golf course.
The master bedroom has a new 24" color TV with a built in VCR/DVD for private viewing while the kids watch TV downstairs. Enjoy the dining room and the expansive golf course and lagoon view with family and friends on a hand-made antique heart of pine table which seats 8 and play cards and games on the recreation table in the adjacent great room. The second and third bedrooms have private baths with a queen and 2 twin beds respectively.

Because of the amenities and the fantastic beach, Kiawah Island is the perfect family vacation destination. Therefore, Summer is the peak season. However, the best time of the year for moderate temperatures and low humidity are the Fall and Spring seasons which are ideal for sports, especially golf and tennis, walking on the beach, and enjoying nature. And March and April on Kiawah and in Charleston with the subtropical plants and trees are beautiful! If Summer heat is not to your liking, then visit the old South when the low country is at its best...Spring and Fall!

We first visited Kiawah in 1976 and loved the beach, maritime forest and nature. We bought our first property a year later and have been visiting ever since! Kiawah is a treasure and Charleston offers the best restuarants in the South (USA?) at reasonable prices!

My wife Jackie and I live in Carmel, IN and have visited Kiawah since 1976 when our children were in diapers! We also own a lot which we plan to build a home on when we retire. Now we bring our children and grand children on a family vacation at least twice a year...great fun and memories!

Upon returning from our Kiawah Trip I wanted to extend our thanks. This trip was our 6th Kiawah visit in the last 10 years and without a doubt the most enjoyable, largely due to the villa arrangements. In the past we have used The Kiawah Resort and have experienced a number of problems. Thank yu for the use of your villa and your recommendations for dining. We plan to return next season!
