Jackie and Steve, I want to write to let you know how much we enjoyed your Kiawah villa! It was just perfect for our family of 5. We rode our bikes to the beach each day and the location made it so easy and relaxing biking through the island maritime forest. We had great weather and the beach is spectacular! We will return as soon as we can. Thanks again. Sarah B.

We live in San Diego and stayed in this well appointed condo in May of 2008. We liked it so much we are staying there again in May of 2010. Very nice, great location (close to the hotel), kids camp, little market, close to beaches and beautiful setting overlooking the pond. We loved watching the alligators cruising the pond each morning. It is obviously very nice to have the 3rd bedroom and the owners are great to work with.

Upon returning from our Kiawah Trip I wanted to extend our thanks. This trip was our 6th Kiawah visit in the last 10 years and without a doubt the most enjoyable, largely due to the villa arrangements. In the past we have used The Kiawah Resort and have experienced a number of problems. Thank yu for the use of your villa and your recommendations for dining. We plan to return next season!

What a wonderful place! Visited in Oct and stayed at 4929 Turtle Pointe and could not believe our good fortune to get your villa instead! The view is wonderful and the kids loved keeping track of the alligators from "above". You have made it so comfortable here that we will request your villa when we return. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
