Located just up the Carrabelle River only 2 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located only 100 yards from a boat ramp to access the deep water of the Carrabelle River which leads you to the Gulf while passing a few Marinas and restaurants along the way. There are beautiful white sandy beaches for you to enjoy during your stay located within a five minute drive or by boat on beautiful Dog Island.
House comes completely furnished with washer & dryer, linens and cookware.
Includes a large covered porch with ceiling fans and plenty of seating.

Year Purchased: 2006
After having grown up in this area during the summers as a youngster, my business partners and I purchased property, designed and built this house for weekend retreats. The area is know for its abundance of fishing opportunities whether inshore or offshore. Picturesque Appalachicola (the Oyster Capital of the South) is just 20 minutes down the road. Also close by is an incredible coastal golf course at St. James Bay as well as St. George Island (by car) and Dog Island (by boat) with incredible beaches.
