Located just up the Carrabelle River only 2 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located only 100 yards from a boat ramp to access the deep water of the Carrabelle River which leads you to the Gulf while passing a few Marinas and restaurants on the way. There are beautiful white sandy beaches for you to enjoy during your stay located within a five minute drive.
House comes completely furnished with washer & dryer, linens and cookware.
Includes a large covered porch with ceiling fans and plenty of furniture to lounge in.
