Why the Owner Chose Estes Park
We love Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We like the location of the condo which is between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, so it is close to everything. We have an excellent view of the mountains and the condo complex has a path along the Big Thompson River. The unit has all we want with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Our favorite activity is hiking in the National Park and the condo provides a perfect base to do that. We also enjoy viewing the wildlife around the condo and in the Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
We have a great view of the mountains and we are along the main road to Rocky Mountain National Park which is only a few minutes away. We are also close to downtown Estes Park which is also only a few minutes away. Our unit has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. After a day of hiking, it is a wonderful place to come back to and relax. We love it and we think you will too!
Owner's Map of Estes Park
We live in Noblesville, Indiana, but we have always loved the mountains. Roger is a corn breeder at a seed company and has been coming to Estes Park since he came with parents when he was 12 years old. Sue has also been coming to Colorado for many years and she makes custom draperies and tutors math. Before buying the condo, we owned a smaller cabin in Estes Park since 1994. We bought the condo because we wanted more space and storage to be able to stay longer than just one week vacations.
We have also been to the mountains in the Smokey's, Banff and Lake Louise, Switzerland, and France.
