The Orchards is a very special family retreat. This wonderful home sits on 8 flat acres in the scenic Dry Creek Valley amid a beautiful stretch of rolling vineyard properties. A short 10 minute drive takes you from the privacy of country living to quaint downtown Healdsburg.
The yard features a large fenced swimming pool area with hot tub and two shaded pavilions, a tennis court with basketball hoop, a spacious level lawn, and a play structure sitting in its own sandbox. Overlooking the property right off the kitchen, is a large furnished screen porch - perfect for relaxing, and a great place for an intimate meal.
The main house features 3 bedrooms: a master suite with king bed and an ante room with a day bed/trundle and two additional bedrooms with queen sized beds. One of the bedrooms comes equipped with a crib and changing table. There are three full bathrooms in the house. The open-ceiling family room has a large plasma television as well as a pool table and game table.
"The Barn" is a detached living unit with two bedrooms, a bathroom, full kitchen/great room and large deck overlooking a neighboring vineyard. With a queen bed, two twins and a trundle, The Barn sleeps 6 comfortably.
