Why the Owner Chose Verandah
My husband David and I have enjoyed the Ft. Myers area for 20 years or more. Over the years we watched the area grow and decided to build in the Bonita Bay community Verandah, six years ago. Outdoors is the place to be at Verandah, which is a carefully designed environment that stretches along the Orange River. Miles of breathtaking nature trails adds a special element to the Verandah community. Located 12 miles from the new regional airport helps to access the community easily. The best feature of southwest Florida…the sunshine….enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy our morning coffee on the lanai watching the golfers swing by and the loons swim in the sparkling lake....great view.

very nicely furnished, the beds are top of the line-very comfortable; great view of the lake and golf course beyond from the lanai; swimming pool/excercise room for guests and residents of Idlewild only a short walk
