Casita 203 is a very charming, elegant, and romantic historic adobe enclave, which is tastefully decorated with original fine art, a mixture of Spanish and American Indian accents, and rustic furnishings. Our Casita is not the cheapest in Taos, it is however priced lower than the higher end Hotels in the plaza area, but it has much more to offer than a hotel room, and it is the best in town location you will find!
The Casita has its own private entrance through a courtyard onto Ledoux Street, which is located in the heart of the Taos Historic District, and the oldest street in Taos. Unlike many nightly rentals that claim to be walking distance to the plaza and down town area, all the best restaurants, galleries, and museums, our casita is uniquely situated in the heart of town, and it is just a stroll away from all the attractions of the town center, but still in a quiet residential area. The casita is approximately 600 sq. ft. with a great room, otherwise called the living room, with built-in banco seating and a large Kiva fireplace, and also includes a small but full kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom is separate from the great room, with a queen size bed, kiva fireplace, trastero cabinet, and a separate full bath. The casita is very large and open space, with skylights through-out, and sunny windows facing into a courtyard. It is designed to be very romantic, and therefore can only accommodate up to two people overnight, but it is very large and great for entertaining guests. Well-behaved dogs are welcome as well, with an additional deposit. |
