THE UNIT:
Located on the 8th floor of the West Tower, this cheerfully decorated 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect vacation spot! The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, upgraded appliances, and everything you need to create a gourmet meal! A lovely master bedroom, a fun bunk area and a pull out couch will have you comfortably sleeping 6. Watch for dolphins in the morning and spectacular sunsets in the evening off your own, private balcony.
THE BUILDING:
While staying at Calypso, enjoy the two fabulous pools, with Tiki Bar in between, and the fitness center available to all guests. The covered parking deck is gated and secure, with a convenient sky walk over Front Beach Road.
THE BEACH:
Enjoy sparkling white sands and warm blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Calypso's private beach area, easily accessed from the building or pool area.
THE AREA:

Year Purchased: 2006
Born and raised on the Flordida Gulf Coast, when it came time to purchase a resort property it was an easy choice to come back to the clear blue waters and the white, white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning this property and sharing it with lots of wonderful guests. Many visit us repeatedly. In addition to the beautiful beaches, we have the good fortune of being accross the street from the fabulous new Peir Park shopping, eating and entertainment complex. It just doesn't get any better. Come on down and stay awhile.

We took our 1 1/2 yr old on his first beach trip, and it was awesome. The condo was alot bigger and alot nicer than what the pictures show. The view from this condo was amazing and being on the 8th floor was just the right height for us and a toddler!! Honestly other than a quick trip to the grocery, you would never have to get in your car again once you arrive. Pier Park was awesome and was a quick walk from the condo, lots of great restaurants and shops. The beach was gorgeous and the two swimming pools were great. I can't wait to take my family back. Thanks again Carol....

What a great place to stay in Panama City! Everything in the condo was perfect - comfy chairs, beds, and awesome view!! Great patio to sit and watch the dolphins swim by. The pool just below us was pretty cool, too. Great location, and easy access to the beach. We had needed a quiet getaway and found it while staying here - thanks so much!!

This condo is truly wonderful! We stayed here with our family of four and had such a wonderful time. Not only is the condo nicely appointed and tastefully decorated, but the location cannot be beat! You are ON the beach - and we have seen dolphins from the balcony! The pier is within easy walking distance, and shopping and restaurants are right across the street. We will definitely stay here again.
