I will highly reccomend this condo to all my friends and family. My wife and I and our 2 children had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the resort and this condo. The view of the ocean from the condo and balcony is unbelievable. We were really amazed at how large it was. The pictures do not do it justice. We also loved the location, because it was close to the pool and beach. We have stayed in other units and resorts that have had a long walk. Our kids are 10 and 7, so we always have a lot of beach toys and things we have to carry, so the closer the better. Hopefully we will be able to reserve this same condo on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained. I cooked several dinners and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment. The ocean view from this building is panoramic. This particular unit style has double wide sliding glass doors to the patio so that you can really open up the living room when the weather is nice and take full advantage of the ocean view. We also enjoyed the hammock on the patio.

Jack, You condo fit our needs perfectly. Roaming the up and down the beach seeing the other resorts/accomodations we knew we picked the perfect place to go in your condo. The information you provided for us before we left and once we got there left no question unanswered and made your condo feel like home for the whole time we were there. We went with another couple adn the layout of this condo was perfect for two couples. The rooms are not together so there is lots of privacy in both rooms and the bath rooms, they are so big it is amazing. The patio was absolutely PERFECT. We are already planning another trip to take the kids next time. Thanks you so much for your perfect condo!!!!

This was my first trip to Mexico and first time to Puerto Penasco and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! My friend and I celebrated my birthday feeling so very pampered and so very at home in this gorgeous condo - every amenity is thought of to the finest detail. Las Palomas itself was the ideal getaway, all the more perfect for such amazing accommodations. Jack was so very helpful in answering questions, making sure we were settled in all right, and checking after to see how everything went. I was so very impressed with everything and can't wait for my next birthday trip out next year ... if not sooner! Thank you Jack!

We just returned from our long weekend in Rocky Point, and we loved this condo. It's beautifully decorated, very spacious and has a great layout. It's one of the few Las Palomas condos that we've stayed in that has 2 master suites that both have balconies (one with an ocean view and one with a golf course view). It's a very quiet end unit, which is great. We also loved that the kitchen was very well-equipped. Jack was incredibly helpful and informative before we arrived, and everything was just as he described. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time last weekend at this condo at Las Palomas. It worked beautifully for 2 couples. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. The lazy Susan table was great. The condo is even better than the pictures show. It was immaculate and Jack was very considerate in contacting us before we went and after we arrived. Anyone who rents this condo will be pleased. We certainly want to stay here when we come back to Rocky Point in the future.

My family stayed in this condo in May 2010 for one week. We wanted two bedrooms so that my toddler would have her own sleeping area. We were initially unsure whether we should stay on one of the high floors with a toddler, but found the balconies to be very safe since they are enclosed with glass instead of metal railings. We were there at a time of the year with great weather, but it wasn't terribly busy, so we didn't have any problems waiting for the elevators. The condo itself is beautiful, and very-well maintained, with nice and comfortable furniture. It was family-friendly for our little one without too many breakables that had to be moved. The owner couldn't be nicer. He talked to us at length before our trip about the condo and covered everything we needed to know. He also called right when we arrived to make sure that everything was to our liking. We felt very welcome to share his family's little piece of heaven in Puerto Penasco. The condo is in the newer section of Las Palomas, and has a beautiful view of the pools and the ocean. It's high enough that you don't get too much noise from the pool. There was some noise one weekend night when there was an outdoor wedding on the property, but it didn't last too late into the night. No worse than any other resort, I would expect! The beach is really beautiful with pretty white sand, and the palapas with beach chairs are more of a bonus than I would have expected. It's so nice to have some shade available on the beach. The resort pools are also really nice. Not all of the pools were heated while we were there, but there were several to choose from. We were only sorry that the lazy river wasn't heated at that time of year! A few hardy souls went in it, but it was too cold for us! The kitchen is totally stocked. We cooked for almost every meal and didn't miss anything, except for our coffee grinder! The coffee maker was great, but we should have brought ground coffee beans. Oops. Only tried one of the restaurants on the property -- the cafe by the pool. The food was yummy and they also had nice happy hour 2 for 1 drink specials! If not for our toddler, we would have eaten more meals at the restaurants. If you forget anything from home, there is a big grocery store within a 5 minute drive and plenty of restaurants in town. The owner provides high speed internet and magicJack to make free calls to the US, if desired. A very nice added bonus. Stay here - you won't regret it!

My family enjoyed Jack's place for the first week of April 2010, and we had a wonderful time. Las Palomas in general is terrific - the restaurants and other facilities, as well as the staff. Jack's condo was perfect, and more than roomy enough for the 4 of us (including twin 16-year-olds). The condo contained everything we needed, and my wife and I loved reading and taking in the beautiful view on the large patio. The kids were thrilled with the pool facilities, beach activities and jet skis. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at the end of March, 2010. Jack (the owner) coordinated everything excellently every step of the way. The condo itself, and the property are beautiful and very, very well-maintained. Gas grills at the base of each tower are excellent. Staff was friendly always. This was our third trip to Rocky Point and the third time was a charm. We really were impressed with Jack's condo. Great view, open floor plan, and all luxuries of home. I was especially impressed with how Jack called us before our trip to give us some information, and called us when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. We had some friends rent from another owner any they did not receive the personal touch like we did with Jack. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Our family has been going to Rocky Point frequently for the past two years and for the past year staying exclusively at Las Palomas. This was our first stay at the "Pearl Condo" and we were very happy. This was the largest condo we have stayed in thus far and this will likely be the one we will try to stay in from now on. Our children loved having their own balcony, the condo is clean, well decorated and well maintained. Jack, the owner, is very caring and courteous, calling us before we left, when we arrived and after our stay to ensure everything went smooth and ask for feedback. Thanks Jack! This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Condo was beautiful and the ocean view is truly breathtaking! We enjoyed eating out on the patio every morning and evening and also did some fantastic stargazing every night! We enjoyed exploring around Choya Bay and eating at several local favorites (Flavio's and the Blue Marlin). We also bought some great shrimp from the fish market which we cooked on the BBQ our last night. This trip was fun for the whole family. We plan to come back next year! -The Brittons

We had a fantastic family vacation at the "Pearl Condo" in Rocky Point!! This was our second summer vacation at Las Palomas. But this was by far the best yet!! The condo was beautiful, we had plenty of room for all of us, so much to do and lots of fun!! With ten days we had our favorite tacos many times, fresh clams & shrimp for dinner, whole fried fish at Flavios, fun at the Cet Mar Aquarium, fresh oysters at El Barco on the estuary, snorkeling in front of the resort on a calm day and much relaxation in the pools!! This is by far the best place for an enjoyable family vacation. Thanks so much to the Pearl family for sharing your special spot and helping to make sure that all was perfect during our long stay.

Awesome Condo. Extremely nice. Well laid out with plenty of ammenities. Can't get much better. We had a great time searching tide pools at night. Found Octopi, crabs, fish, shells, etc. Great for all ages. Bring a flashlight and water socks and maybe a small net. Pool and lazy river wer awesome! Banana boat ride was great fun for my wife and I and my teenage family. They will cater to all ages. The Pearl Condo at Las Palomas have everything we needed for a great relaxed vacation. Had a great time at "The Pearl". When we first walked in the door and the kids (11 & 14) saw the patio and view the mood was set "You rock Mom and Dad!" What can I say of a perfect harmony and balance between luxury, pampered stay and the raw charm of a small Mexican town? Staying at Jack's condo in Las Palomas provided that rare combination that makes a perfect vacation. Jack is wonderful as a landlord and makes sure our every needs are taken care of. I have rented many places across the world and I have to say, there are no details missing from this rental and certainly the best place we ever stayed in. The furnishings were beautiful from the granite kitchen counter bar to the luxury stone tile work in the bathrooms. Every nooks and crannies are perfectly decorated and the condo immaculate. I cannot think of a better word when sitting on the hammock on the balcony looking at the ocean other than "I must be in heaven"! There is even additional technology for those of you who just can't get away such as internet connection and magic Jack phone that you can hook to your computer and call the US for FREE! not many other condos provide that and you can be sure, those charges will add up. Wow, wow, wow! Pictures on web site are great but real life is even better. Our four day stay was fabulous and comfortable. Can't decide which is at the top of our list: comfortable bed which made for great sleep; spacious great room with fantastic view; tranquil ocean breezes; friendly resort staff; incredible bathrooms (it was nice that we could each have our own); affordable room service and so many other things that contributed to a "10" rated vacation. Highly recommend that you rent Jack's condo. You won't be disappointed (and we are very selective about where we stay). Enjoy!

We were with friends who stayed in another 2BR in the same building, and it was not nearly as large as yours. And the views from the kitchen and the balcony ... oh, my gosh. I could look at that view all day! And the hammock was a perfect way to wrap up our fun-filled days. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for working with us on the fly as we extended our stay not once, but twice!!

Wow, what an awesome condo and resort. We had a blast. I loved the 3 flat screen televisions, the great bathrooms, the view, the hammock, the kitchen, ... We loved our stay at your condo. My kids loved the swimming pool and beach. We will be back. Thank you so much.

My family and I stayed in the condo for 5 days and four nights. We had a wonderful time. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Everything you could possibly need was provided. It was definetly the nicest condos we have stayed in; Absolutely fantastic. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
