PALISADES POINT... offering an unobstructed awe inspiring panoramic view, the newest units, and the largest square footage available at the PALISADES CONDOMINIUM complex. You can have it all!
This fully furnished 2000 square foot unit has a nautical décor with original artwork throughout. The living and dining area offers a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center with a 32" flat screen TV/DVD/CD combination and VCR, large glass top dining table with seating for 6. There is also a convenient game table with 4 chairs. The optional expanded kitchen is fully appointed and has 3 bar stools providing additional seating.
The spacious master bedroom reveals more stunning views featuring tall sliding glass doors leading to the large covered balcony. Oh, did I mention the view? The balcony has a large family friendly table with 5 cushioned chairs and a recliner with a ceiling fan for comfort. There is also a covered deck area providing a wooden glider and stainless steel propane barbeque unit. The huge master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The 2 guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one & a bunk bed & twin bed in the other equipped with a TV/DVD. Each have TV's, ceiling fans, and their own private bathrooms.
Ther are FOUR pools on the premesis. FREE Wireless Internet is provided.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Ozark
We found, however, that it wasn't that easy to leave the lake for good after all those years. So we began exploration of the condo market. When we discovered the Palisades we were sold. The building where our unit is located was not yet completed but as we walked the unfinished deck and breathed in the view we knew this was meant to be. After 8 years we have not regretted a moment. The benefits are now having so much more free time for our family and friends and to enjoy all that the Lake has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
As we continue to enjoy our unit at the Palisades we have come to appreciate some of the extra benefits it has to offer which visitors and guests may value as well. Unlike many of the less accessible areas of the lake, the Palisades is coveniently located just minutes up the road on Horseshoe Bend Parkway from the restaurants and shopping (including the 80+ shops of the Outlet Mall) in Osage Beach; yet without the flurry of crowds and traffic. The unit is just 8 steps down to the front door from the reserved parking space. The Palisades has 4 pools located throughout the complex. Unit is equipped with 4 TV's and wireless INTERNET access. Palisades provides on-site security and the grounds are well maintained. Owner's Map of Lake Ozark
Marian and I (Jack) first discovered the Lake way back in 1962 while I was working for the McDonnell Aircraft Co. We later moved to California and started a family but returned to Missouri and McDonnell in 1977. After visiting and enjoying the Lake for several more years we eventually bought a home in the Horseshoe Bend area in 1983. Our 4 children were teenagers at that time; during the ensuing 19 years there were so many good times and incredible memories; we all continue to cherish and reminisce about them when we get together. But the demands of maintaining the house and grounds became more of a chore than we were willing to manage so in 2002 we decided to sell and move on.

This condo is big! So much room, I don't think we ever passed each other twice. Seriously though, the view is great, a quiet condo, the weather was wonderful, very good location & we can't wait till the next time.

I have four large sons and we had more than enough space to stretch out in this wonderful condo. The week we visited the heat index was over 115 degrees so we spent alot of time in the condo. Marion and Jack were delightful to correspond with. I am originally from New England so I loved the nautical decor. Great location. I would stay there again!

My husband and kids (3 teenage boys + nephew) had a great time here. The condo is beautiful and very roomy, no surprises. The desk was especially nice with a great view and entertaining boat traffic and NO BUGS! There is a lot to do. The condo pools were nice too, especially the larger one on the other end of the complex. Nice and quiet.

I was looking for somewhere to rent for my husbands 30th birthday. I did a LOT of searching before deciding on this one and we could not have been happier! The condo is beautiful and the view is just unbelievable!!! Our two boys (3 & 5) had such a great time! They LOVED the room with the bunk beds! However since there is so much space they decided to sleep in different rooms. Very nice master bedroom and large master bath. The condo had everything we needed. . ...And did I mention the view? :) Close to everything. Grocery store, restaurants and we took the boys to the water park and putt putt golf We, especially my husband, can't wait to come back!

Our family stay at the Pallisades Point condo was just as we expected after viewing the photos and descriptions. The large rooms and cleanliness made our stay a wonderful experience for all.
