Recently built guesthouse on 45-acre estate in Rappahannock County. Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and neighboring farms. The house is nicely appointed with Shabby Chic down filled sofa, 65-inch Sony HD TV, fine china, glass and silverware, luxury linens and towels, down pillows & duvets, outside dining table for 6 and wooden ship play area for the kids with slide and swings.

It's a great place for a romantic getaway for two, or for a family looking to explore the outdoors in a beautiful setting. Many award winning wineries, galleries, restaurants and antique shops in the area. Some of the best canoeing and kayaking in Virginia and, of course, great hiking and wildlife viewing. A picnic basket with plates, glasses and silverware is provided, and if desired, the basket could be filled with a gourmet lunch given advance notice (priced according to contents). Maid service is also available at $60 per day. The pantry will have coffee, tea, and coco, as well as sugar, spices and basic cooking condiments.

A barn and fenced pastures are also available to board horses (contact for pricing). Great fox hunting and trail riding in the area.
