Quick access to skiing, biking (road and mountain), hiking, fishing, and much more. Historic Leadville is located about two hours from Denver and less than a half hour from world class skiing at Copper Mountain (smaller Ski Cooper is only fifteen minutes). Large South facing deck with spectacular views for miles. Three bedrooms/two baths, lots of space. Summer activities include hiking (Colorado Trail, Continental Divide Trail), great biking of all types, fishing (Arkansas river and lakes) rafting/kayaking on Arkansas river. Many day trips including Aspen (Summer only over Independence Pass), Vail and Breckenridge (45 minutes each). Winter is some of the best skiing, boarding, sledding, snowshoeing available.
