It is located in the heart of the wonderful landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The tranquility of the environment and its location make it perfect to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Ideal for hikers, since just 10 minutes from the house there are numerous excursion departure points.

The house is surrounded by more than 18000m2 of pine and oak forest. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, a large porch with oven and barbecue and a large terrace from which you can see the entire Soller Valley, its port and wonderful sunsets .

Idyllic spot

We loved our stay here in Regina’s very special house. The views from the terrace are amazing. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. Lovely footpaths very close by. Outdoor kitchen great for BBQs. Such a great find. We look forward to coming back. .

En perfekt ferie - a perfect holiday

Vi har boet mange steder i Sollérdalen, og dette er absolut et af de bedste. Huset levede i den grad op til vores forventninger. Grunden er fuldstændig privat og uforstyrret, udsigten fra terrassen endnu mere fantastisk end billederne viser, hængekøjerne kalder på én i siestaen, og alt ønskeligt udstyr findes i huset. Regina er hjælpsom og hurtigt kommunikerende. Så vi havde en perfekt ferie! We have stayed in many places in the Sóller valley, and this is definitely one of the best. The house met in every way our expectations. The site is completely private and undisturbed, the views from the terrace are even more amazing than the pictures show, the hammocks call for a lazy hour during the siesta, and all desirable equipment is found in the house. Regina is helpful and quickly communicating. So we had a perfect holiday! Lene & Preben, Denmark

Wunderschön!!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit absolut perfekter Aussicht über Soller und Port Soller. Es liegt sehr einsam und ruhig am Ende eines Privatweges. Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Wanderungen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Ein nettes Lokal (Ses Barques) mit toller Aussicht ist fussläufig in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder.

Einfach toll!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter und ruhiger Lage. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach der Hammer. Immer wieder gerne und nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften.
