Ski in vacation condo in the heart of Breckenridge.
We just finished a complete remodel and our condo is in Gold rated condition. We offer the best of mountain living with the added bonus of being right in the middle of town. You won't need your car once you've checked in.
Imagine waking up and enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony looking up at the peaks above Breckenridge. Walk or take the free shuttle to the Gondola where you are dropped at the base of the chairlift. At the end of the day, ski down 4 o'clock run to the front door of our condo complex, drop your skis off with the ski concierge, and enjoy an after ski drink by the fireplace in the comfortable leather chairs in the lounge.
Relax in one of 4 hot tubs on site or take a dip in the heated, outdoor pool. For supper, simply walk 1/2 block to Main Street and relax in one of the many places to dine found there. If you want more than skiing, there is a host of other activities available in and around Summit County.
And don't forget to visit us during the summertime. There seems to be something to do just about every weekend during the summer. Rent a bike from the store next door and explore on one of the many paved bike trails, fly fish in the Blue River, attend a music festival, go horseback riding, the opportunities are endless. So we hope that you'll visit and enjoy Breckenridge as much as we do.

- Balcony: Our balcony looks out at peaks 8 & 9. You can't beat the view.

- Ski-In: The 4 o'clock run brings guests to the front door of the complex.
- Ski-Out: Although our complex is not a ski-out, the gondola is a short 1/2 block stroll. There is a free shuttle that will take you directly to the gondola if you don't feel like walking.
