Living area - Venice, Florida Vacation Rental Bright and beautiful end unit with brand new eat-in kitchen, granite counters, pass-through bar, and new furnishings. We have a social membership to the club with full privileges to the restaurant, pool, and work-out facilities. The golf course is private, but with the social membership you can make two advance T-times a month and can play any day there are available T-times. Green fees and cart fees are an additional cost. Westchester Gardens is a very active adult community with many social activities planned throughout the rental season. The "snowbirds" come year after year to enjoy the community pool kitty-corner to the unit and to socialize with old and new friends! Downtown Venice is a quaint little town with wonderful restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The condo is approximately fifteen minutes to Venice Beach where you can enjoy fishing, shelling, hunting for shark's teeth, or just relaxing in the warm Florida sun!
