The views from this second floor unit are outstanding, overlooking the ocean and a large basin leading to Florida Bay. Available is deep water dockage for up to a 30 foot boat. One of the best places to stay for fishing, lobster diving (when in season), sight seeing or just relaxing by the pool.
Close to marinas, restaurants, and shopping, this condominium has its own private swimming pool with just a five minute drive to Anne's Beach. In just fifteen minutes by boat, you can access the ocean from Channels Two and Five, or Florida Bay. Charter boats are available close by, along with rentals. Some local restaurants will even cook your catch if you have had a good fishing day. The property is very well maintained and is landscaped beautifully with lots of native palms, plants, and flowers.
This unit is fully equipped with everything you may need, along with a locked downstairs storage area for your fishing gear, life jackets, bicycles, etc. A cart is available for transporting your food and supplies, which can be taken into the elevator. Master bedroom has king bed with Jacuzzi tub/shower, large walk-in closet and TV with DVD. The second bedroom has two twin beds with tub/shower, large closet, and TV with VCR.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. What a perfect place for a honeymoon or a great family vacation! We felt like we were in the lap of luxury. It was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and had everything in it. We had a great view of the ocean and a small marina from our screened-in balcony. We were in easy driving range of anywhere we wanted to go, including Key West, where we spent a day. We spent one day just luxuriating in the condo and at the pool. I'm ready to go back. I wish I could live there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
