One of the best places to stay for fishing, lobster diving (when in season), sight seeing or just relaxing by the pool.
Close to marinas, restaurants, and shopping, this condominium has its own private swimming pool with just a five minute drive to Anne's Beach. In just fifteen minutes by boat, you can access the ocean from Channels Two and Five, or Florida Bay. Charter boats are available close by, along with rentals. Some local restaurants will even cook your catch if you have had a good fishing day. The property is very well maintained and is landscaped beautifully with lots of native palms, plants, and flowers.
This unit is fully equipped with everything you may need, along with a locked downstairs storage area for your fishing gear, life jackets, bicycles, etc. A cart is available for transporting your food and supplies, which can be taken into the elevator.
