It is located off the popular Horseshoe Bend at the 3 1/2 mile marker. It is minutes from popular restaurants and the famous Outlet Mall. The home has a great view of the main channel but still have the privacy of its own cove. It has a large concrete dock where you can play, swim and dine. This Nautical theme home has a beautiful view from the bedrooms, family room and dinning area.It also has a great four seasons room for morning coffee and reading or watching your morning show. Two bedrooms enjoy their own private deck to personal relaxation. Children and adults can enjoy swimming off the large dock. You will want to enjoy afternoons on the dock looking at the main channel. There are two patio tables, reclining chairs, and a small refrigerator for afternoon snacks and drinks. The covered dock also has some sun area for the sunseekers.
