Stay on a tree-lined street in a family neighborhood. Our three story house is located one and one half blocks from the Friendship Heights metro stop ( red line ) and within walking distance to many shops, grocery and restaurants. Off - street parking for one car. One week minimum stay.
It has a large master bedroom on the third floor with large windows on all four sides plus its own bathroom and queen sized bed. The second floor has two smaller bedrooms with full sized beds plus a second bathroom. Limited to four adults plus two children maximum. There is a live-in property manager to help with any arrangements, transportation or errands you might need. The beds will be changed by the housekeeper once a week. The first floor has a comfortable living room and sitting room plus a modern kitchen with an HD television and granite counters.
A wrap-around front porch overlooks a lovely garden and a large deck in the back is surrounded by old trees. |
