Stay on a tree-lined street in a family neighborhood. Our three story house is located one and one half blocks from the Friendship Heights metro stop ( red line ) and within walking distance to many shops, grocery and restaurants. Off - street parking for one car. One week minimum stay.
It has a large master bedroom on the third floor with large windows on all four sides plus its own bathroom and queen sized bed. The second floor has two smaller bedrooms, one with a full sized bed, the other with a queen sized bed, plus a second bathroom. Limited to four adults plus two children maximum. There is a live-in property manager to help with any arrangements you might need. He has a seperate entrance and does not use the kitchen or bathrooms. The beds will be changed by the housekeeper once a week at no additional charge to you. Please check the calender below for availability.
The first floor has a comfortable living room and sitting room plus a modern kitchen with an HD television, a Wi-Fi connection and granite counters.
A wrap-around front porch overlooks a lovely garden and a large deck in the back is surrounded by old trees.
