Why the Owner Chose Peoria
Best part of Phoenix for relaxed living. Bot this home to retire in AZ but hubby not ready to slow down yet & we live in Casa Grande AZ; Now sharing w/ others who love short stays in AZ. We bot this new in 2004, furnished it myself and have stayed in it briefly before moving to AZ.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Great open living area. Large enough to be comfortable but not too big for lots of cleaning. Never had smokers in the home. Never had pets in the home. We love animals but just not in our home. Everything is furnished except your clothes and food. Trilogy is a beautiful gated commuity. Very Safe w/ Friendly neighbors. Rental Rates are very reasonable for the quality of home.
