    We enjoyed our stay at Wane and Ari's condo immensely. It is the best location in San Juan for activities, restaurants,and convenience. The condo is central to everything. We had no problem taking the bus various places, though the wait can sometimes be half an hour. At times we would team up with others at the bus stop and share a cab ride to town...very inexpensive this way. We always felt secure and safe. The unit itself is spacious and well equipped, from kitchen utensils to beach items. Wane and Ari are as kind and responsive as you could ask for. The pool area is very clean and private. We must say that the San Juan weather was consistently the best ( along with Hawaii) that we have ever encountered. A couple of our favorite things were the catamaran/snorkel excursion that can be arranged at the Marriot, and a meal in the glorious courtyard of the El Convento Hotel ( we ate there twice ). Thank you, Wane and Ari for a wonderful two weeks in San Juan.

    I stayed with my family of 6 for New Years and we had a great time. The apartment is in the best location and was accessible to everything.     Great location to stay, lots of restaurants and night clubs all within walking distance. The apartment is awesome has everything you would need and more, two balconies with a nice view where you can have drinks before heading to dinner. the building is very safe, all doors require keys for entry and a doorman is on duty 24/7. We felt safe walking back to the condo from the night clubs at 3 am, don't miss "El Gitano" haves live music as well as the Marriott Hotel on Friday and Saturdays. The whole Condado area is a nice place to walk at night. The only inconvenience was the elevators were being renovated and one of the was out of service. The owners Wane and Ari are very nice and accommodating. They made the rental process a breeze and you would receive a package with all the information of the area. We are grateful that they allowed us to stay at their nice condo and we highly recommend the Condado area.

    We loved our stay here. This was our 4th trip to PR (our second time at the Ashford Imperial), and this condo was our favorite by far. This includes our stays at the El Convento in OSJ and the Intercontinental in Isle Verde. Condado is where we want to be. What did we like? The space! 1000 sq ft - two bathrooms- separate bedroom with a fantastic AC - the bed was extra comfy - there are highly organized closets with extra pillows, towels, and linens. The two front- faced balconies are nice for an evening cocktail. It was good having a dining table to eat the meals you will cook, because you have a kitchen. Fully stocked - you will want for nothing. It was just a comfortable place to spend nine days. We wished we had stayed put instead of moving on, but that's how you learn. One of the amenities that brings us back to the AI is the pool area. Very nice, plenty of loungers, well tended and clean, and nearly to yourself everyday. The lobby is lovely and the security is great. And like I said - Condado is where we want to be having spent time around SJ. Lastly, Wane and Ari are a dream to deal with. Easy, highly professional and nice people.

    My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo and cannot tell you how much we enjoyed it. The owners are very thorough and make sure that everything is in great condition at the condo as well as making sure that you get your keys way before your stay. The condo is so comfortable, we never wanted to leave. There is a terrific balcony where you can see the ocean and just watch life pass by below. There are tons of restaurants, casinos and beaches all in walking distance. We hated to leave and look forward to going back.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    I have been traveling to Puerto Rico my whole life and have stayed at pretty much all of the major resorts in the San Juan area. This year my husband I decided to give a condo a try. We picked this condo after researching several and this one just seemed to be the right fit. In the end it was so much more than we could hope for. The condo is in a very secure building. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. It was definitely our home away from home for the week. Anything we needed was right at our fingertips. We could walk to almost all of the restaurants(recommend-Pinky's for breakfast, Cafe Angel for lunch and Ropa Vieja for dinner), casinos or shopping that we wanted to do. For those places a little further away, we were able to easily take a cab or a bus. The beach is really close by and you can rent chairs at most of the hotels-stear clear of the Marriott-they don't rent and they are not very nice about it either. The owners Wane and Ari are extremely nice and very thorough. They made the rental process super easy and we are so grateful that they allowed us to spend a week at their beautiful condo. This has to be the best place to stay in Condado and we highly recommned it.

    We stayed for 9 nights over Christmas and this was our first time in PR. The condo was clean and the location was right in the middle of an active part of town, with lots of restaurants nearby. The street could be somewhat loud at night though with people cruising and general traffic. We only had one problem with the toilet leaking, which was fixed the next day. Having two bathrooms is a definite plus! The listing says sleeps 6, but after investigating the sofas and finding only one sleeper, we finally found an air mattress in the closet. This worked out fine, since our teenage son slept on that in the living room. We loved how close this condo is to the beach and how convenient it is to all the activities we did.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

    This was our first time in Puerto Rico and our first condo rental. The owners were very helpful with recommendations for first timers in Puerto Rico, as well as keeping in direct communication with us from the beginning of our reservation to the expeditious receipt of our deposit. As a virgin to this whole process, I was quite pleased with the ease in which this transacted as well as the cost savings vs. a much smaller hotel room across the street. The location was great, with two balconies overlooking the ocean, and restaurants, Walgreens and shopping mere steps away. In a nutshell, when we go back to Puerto Rico, this will definately be the room of our choosing. Kudos Wane and Ari. And Thanks again.

    Location can’t be beat. It’s at the very center of the Ashford Avenue strip, which is the main beachfront hotel/condo street in San Juan. (Very similar to Ocean Avenue / north Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.) Either direction from condo, many nice restaurants, shops, casinos, nightclubs, etc are within walking distance. Ocean view from unit is spectacular, and you’re directly above the Ashford Avenue “scene”. Always people walking/jogging by, ships in the distance frequently. Floor-ceiling windows, plus two balconies to enjoy the view from. Lobby and pool area are beautiful - looks like a fancy boutique hotel. Unit is immaculate, and has beach towels, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc waiting for you. Big walk-in closet off bedroom, and 2 full baths. Very nice beach is across the street (behind the Marriott). Underground parking with easy access via the elevators.

    This was our second time staying in this condo and we will come back again.. The owners are great people to deal with and they make the key/garage door delivery/return very easy.We enjoyed the balconies looking to the ocean, very clean bathrooms, lots of bath and beach towels, great space in the condo, confortable bed and sofa sleeper and the brand new beautiful lobby. When we were there they where re-doing the entire pool area. We are looking forward to see it next year. My family live in Puerto Rico and this is a great place to have them over for a relaxed family time together.

    Great location close to the beach and restaurants. The room was fabulous, richly decorated and had everything one could need, from towels to kitchen ware. I loved the pool and friendlyness of the owner. I can't wait to return.

    The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and inviting! It made our visit to Puerto Rico fun, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Everything was clean and had many ameneties like lots of bathroom and beach towels. It's location is perfect for beach access and close to all tourist attractions (i.e. Old San Juan). The pool was clean and quiet with wifi internet access. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores were great. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful when planning our vacation by providing brochures and maps.

    This rental went above and beyond any other rental i 've ever stayed in. The location was PERFECT. We were within walking distance of beaches, casinos, restaurants and even a little grocery store to buy food at. The room was very luxurious, with a fully equiped kitchen and a bed to rival any hotels heavenly bed. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) were provided and the two bathrooms were a huge perc since my party included four girls. The owner was a lovely gal who provided us with lots of brochures and contacts for all the many points of interest and activites. I will definately make a return visit with my family next time.

    What an awesome place. We were delighted with everything. The owner was so easy to work with and very professional. The condo was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable.     This was the first time we used homeaway and wasn't sure if this was way to go, but it turn out to be great thing to do. The apartment was in a excellent area right across from the beach. The people were friendly and the pool was clean. You are right on the strip to good restaurants and well maintained place. I was even surprised that they had everything in the apartment that you need, from salt and pepper to dish soap and clothes soap too,all the things you needed were there. We didn't have to buy anything for the place. I recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.

    My recent trip to Puerto Rico was a wonderful experience. Staying at this property was incredible. It was not only luxurious and beautiful, it made me feel like a star. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many extras in the Condo that made my experience that more relaxing. The condo does not only include the standard linens and towels; they have included Beach Towels that were a success together with a small cooler to take to the beach or the pool area. You are in the center of the strip where you just hop in a taxi cab and you are in Old San Juan and nearby attractions very quickly and reasonably priced. Restaurants are all around and easy to go to. There are Sightseeing tours from right across the streets Hotel if you want to add an additional adventure. It is so convenient and easy to book and you are treated wonderfully. The owners attention to detail is shown from the day you contact them with an inquiry and the packet that is provided with the information from them is very handy and complete for all your planning. I am extremely happy with my experience and look forward to visiting again soon. Wolf and Marie

    WOW!!!! What a spectacular place to just get away from it all and still feel perfectly relaxed and comfy a stone's throw away from all the tourist action! The apartment was primed to perfection with everything you could need for that perfect vacation! It's perfect for anyone from the avid tourist to the spa vacationer! I can't wait to make it back as soon as possible!
