This beautiful, fully furnished townhouse is located in the quiet North side of the resort and overlooks the swimming pool and is less then a five minute walk to the beach. The beach on the North side of the resort is also less crowded then the Southern portion since the majority of the homes are all single family with a few condo complexs thrown in.
The townhouse is also within a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Outfitters, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Resort, Robert Trent Jones Golf course, and the Marriott Beach Resort. In addition the Hilton Oceanfront Resort is within a short 1 mile drive. Both Hotels offer fine dinning and spas. The resort also offers free bus service with pick up and delivery to anywhere in Palmetto Dunes, Leamington and Shelter Cove Harbor.
