Recently remodeled, this custom home features granite bathrooms and countertops, glass block walls, skylights, and ceiling fans. The sundeck looks out over one of the best surf spots and offers breathtaking sunsets. The home is a short two-minute walk to the ocean.
Las Gaviotas is a quiet, safe, gate-guarded community and offers a heated pool, spa, volleyball court, tennis court, and private beach. Located just five minutes from excellent shopping, and the best lobster dinner on the west coast.
Rosarito is a few minutes north and Real Del Mar, where you will find an 18-hole golf course, is a short drive away.
Our two bedroom, two bath home comfortably sleeps a maximum of four persons. We have two queen-size beds and one twin bed.
We have recently reduced our rates to $100 per night which is a huge reduction from our prior rates of $200 per night.

We reside in Mexico about 60 + days a year. We love this home and spend a lot of time and money looking after it. We believe you will see the personal touches and enjoy this home very much.
Why the Owner Chose Las Gaviotas
This is the perfect location with a dry, warm climate and only 30 minutes from the United States. We enjoy excellent surf all year and feel very secure in this gated, guarded community. We are active in the community government and know that this community is the best run community in Baja, Mexico. We have great dining, dancing, live music and shopping just a few mnutes away.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We live on the south end of the community which is very quiet. We have quiet neighbors, a fantastic oceanview and one of the only homes in the community with a large garden surrounding one of our 2 patios. If it is windy you can move from the front patio to the side patio and relax in a beautiful garden. In a few mnutes we can walk to the restaurant across the street for great food and music. You don't have to drive a car during your stay here.
