I was truly impressed with the beauty of the house, it's gorgeous view through the sliders, and accommodations available to the guests! I had such a great time being with the family there and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone who would like to get away for a relaxing weekend or week for that matter! Definitely worth the drive, time, and effort to get there! =)

SO CLEAN, QUIET AND RELAXING!

What a pleasant and relaxing time our family experienced at this truly clean and quiet vacation home. Everything was there from spices to notepads. Don't worry if you forget anything - it will be there! The owners provided excellent and speedy answers to all questions asked regarding boat launching and grocery stores and were very accommodating. You couldn't ask for a cleaner, more well-maintained home-away-from-home. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Breathtaking Home on the River

This home is so breathtaking. The pictures on the website are only the beginning. You walk in and are just taken aback by how beautiful the home is and completed ready for your visit. Then... You step out to the back yard and are taken back even more by the view. You have the river right outside the house with the most beautiful view. In the early afternoon's you have your own sand bar and can play for hours right outside of the house. this is a vacation rental that my family and I will continue to rent over and over. The location is perfect with Mayflower right down the street, and the ability to tie up right in front of the house. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect. The view of the stars in the evening is phenomenal... Thank you Ron and Nancy for making our trip memorable forever!!!

SPECTACULAR

Our vacation was fantastic...in reading the other reviews before we booked out trip...the word AMAZING was used several times.....now I know why....the pictures on the website were right on. The home was clean, beautiful conveniently located and fully stocked. We had a home on the river for over 20 years and knowing what goes into taking care of a home on the river...the cleaning the maintenance, etc. I was amazed at how this home appeared brand new. Nancy (the owner) was a joy to talk to and most accommodating to work with. My kids are already begging to return - actually we all did not want to come home...it was that good! Just pack you bathing suit, sandles and sunscreen because just about everything else you need is already there. We will definately be back!

Amazing, simply amazing! These were the first words my wife spoke as we entered the home. After being totally disappointed by VRBO #95332 in Parker last year, we were hesitant to pre-book for our annual trip south. We read the comments by other renters......which is important. No positive comments means simply that. This home was absolutly stunning and perfecly set-up. Nothing was forgotten in the decoration or furnishing. Exactly as advertised. I would recommend this home to any and all. Safe area and a secure quiet community. Thanks to Nancy and Ron for allowing us to have such a wonderful three weeks at their home. Wow! What a fantastic house. It looks like a brand new model home. I almost don’t want to let anybody else find out about this place. It’s like staying in a 5 star hotel right on the Colorado River. No detail has been overlooked in preparing this house for the guests. All you need to bring is food and water toys. They even have beach towels, 3 TV’s, bunk beds for the kids with a 3rd pullout bed below the bottom bunk bed. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Lots of outdoor seating and a private dock along with the community dock right next to the property. It’s in a new gated housing community and is very quite day and night. The view of the stars at night was incredible. The air-conditioning kept the house very nice even when it was 105 outside. I’m from San Diego so I didn’t want to drive any further than I had to. I looked at the houses in Parker, AZ but decided I didn’t want to drive the extra hour plus none of the houses in Parker on VRBO had a view of the Colorado River like this one. We will be back as soon as my kids have their next break. There’s no reason to look for any place better.John,San Diego, Ca

We just got back from a week at Ron & Nancy's and all I can say is "WOW!". You do not need to bring anything but your boat, clothes, and family! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation is in this house! Inside and out this is a gorgeous home. The location is great, the view is amazing. Rent this house, you will not be disappointed! We will most definately be back.

My wife and family have stayed in this home many times. This home is right on the Colorado River in a gated community. The home is well furnished and always clean. If you think you have forgotten something don't worry, Ron and Nancy have already thought of it for you. We will continue to visit this home and I would highly recommend it to my friends. This was the most amazing place, with everything you could possibly need, and it was so clean and homey. Not only that, but then you have the beautiful view of the Colorado River to look at while you are there....and the view is stunning!! From the home to the river, it is breath-taking. I didn't want to leave. I recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a little bit of heaven on earth.
