Indulge in the tranquility of one or both of our luxurious mountain retreats tucked along the edge of an extensive, multi-use trail system just miles from the awe-inspiring peaks of the Continental Divide and minutes from the charming mountain town of Nederland. Whether it's short walks (to breakfast, for instance, at the nearby Sundance Cafe), long hikes, horseback riding, mountain biking, cross-country and downhill skiing or even just lazily relaxing in sheer, private comfort, this property has it all right at your fingertips!
Home at Trail's End is a breath of fresh air and a warm hug with its open floorplan, sun-filled spaces, large south-facing deck and serene mountain forest setting. Each of its three bedrooms offers a unique, distinctive personality and decor, with king and queen sized beds, luxury bedding, and walk-in closets. The bright, spacious kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and can accommodate all occasions from a quiet, romantic dinner for two, to a lively social gathering of friends and family. With its close proximity to Nederland, Boulder, Estes Park and Denver; as well as plenty of recreation, tranquility and true mountain wilderness, Home at Trail's End is also an ideal location for small group retreats and leisure time activities.

$1500/week .. Up to six. $1800/week holidays.
Discounted rates: Sept/Oct, Jan/Feb, Apr/May. $200-$225 per night
$250 Security Deposit Within 1 Week of Booking.
Advance rental payment due with security deposit.
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival (remaining 50%).
$125 cleaning fee, up to 1 week. Increases w/longer stays.
An additional $15 per night per each guest over six guests, 10 max.

Family reunion, used Trail's-end and Trail-side houses. Found to be as advertised.No problems checking in or out.Short walk from one to the other.Total of 11 adults 1 child split between houses,worked out great.Well maintained and CLEAN. Would highly recomend these properties.

Trail's End is a home away from home. The house was immaculate when we arrived. There was water in the fridge and paper products in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is decorated nice and has all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas grill on the deck. We cooked on the grill and ate outside many nights. The owners answered all of our questions before we arrived and were available, if needed the entire time we were here. We were greeted with a personal note from the owners and a binder with information about the house and places to eat and things to do in the area. There were also several books about hiking in the area. The hiking in the area is great. We hiked almost everyday. We spent two days in Rocky Mountain National Park which is only 1 hour away. Hiking is also great in the Indian Peaks Wilderness area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use the house again if we come back to the area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

...Happy ending at Trail's End... July 5-9, 2007. We had a wonderful family reunion for a special wedding on the slopes of Eldora. The weather was glorious - after an afternoon thunderstorm a rainbow appeared across the sky. Trail's End was a restful and comfortable home and allowed us to enjoy each other and laugh late into the night... Thank you for sharing such a lovely setting. P.S. The decor is elegant and hospitable - the "niceties" upon arrival were appreciated! Hasta luego!
