OUR PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED CONDO was styled by a pro who superbly blended beach elegance with first-class comfort. The GREAT ROOM demonstrates relaxed styling with its cozy conversation area. It is formed by an overstuffed sofa (a sleeper when needed), rocker, and a comfy easy chair. A wonderful place to gather and talk, watch TV, DVDs or listen to music. Then, there’s that magnificent view of the gulf, too.
3RD FLOOR BALCONY Settle into our comfortable patio set and feast your eyes as emerald waters melt into dazzling white sand beaches. Watch dolphins play right before your eyes.
KITCHEN & DINING Our kitchen is fully equipped whether you want to prepare a snack or cook a complete dinner. The dining area seats four adults… be it for dinner or family games… plus 3 bar stools at the counter. A washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron and board are included.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Your spacious Master Suite features a luxurious king bed, mirrored dresser, 2 night stands, television and closet. Your kids will enjoy their bunkies and love their individual TVs on each level. For more sleeping accommodations, we have a queen-size sofa sleeper. Altogether, this unit will sleep 6 guests in all the comforts of home. Two full-size bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and the other a combo bathtub/shower.

We had a wonderful time at 315 Pelican Isle on Okaloosa Island. The weather was wonderful and beach was great. The condo is located in a wonderful area very close to Destin. Thanks so much for the great vacation.

This is a well-decorated condo, and we will be back soon for another stay. The staff was very reponsive to us on a busy Mother's Day Weekend.
