This highly appointed condominium is conveniently located at the base of Utah Olympic Park, and just two miles away from the Canyons Ski Resort. Park City Resort is just five miles away, and the number one rated Deer Valley is just seven miles away. Plus the condo is just a 45 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta and many other famous Utah resorts. The area is loaded with abundant shopping (including a nearby outlet mall), restaurants, and movie theatre.
Featuring rustic architecture and natural materials, this Park City residence is professionally decorated and has an amazing charm that must be experienced to be fully appreciated. Its open floor plan is loaded with upgrades like granite counter tops in both kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, Berber carpeting in bedrooms, slate flooring and surrounds in both bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, soft water system, a jetted oval tub in the master bedroom, a gas fireplace, alder wood doors, trim, and shutters.

The second bedroom has a plush queen bed, night stand, and closet. The third bedroom has a two over-sized adult bunk beds (sleeping five adults comfortably), plus a night stand, television and DVD player, and closet.
The family room has a soft leather sofa, an oversized chair and ottoman, and a rustic coffee table. It is also features a 32 inch flat screen TV (with Dish Network), DVD, and CD player. High-speed internet is available in the condo itself, so feel free to bring your lap-top computer.
Nearby is the village park and clubhouse. The clubhouse has an exercise room, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms and a community pool with hot tub. Another hot-tub is available to the Lodges guests, just outside the condo complex.
This beautifully appointed condominium is located on the Third floor with elevator access and stairwells that lead to the heated garage and personal storage closet. No smoking and no pets are allowed, please.

Welcome to our Park City Condo listing. Melissa and myself, Troy, just got engaged in NYC on vacation in July. We currently live in Las Vegas with our dog Duke. Melissa works part time in Real Estate and is working on a wonderful screenplay on the side. I am a full time Real Estate Sales Agent with Pulte Homes. We love the outdoors and eventually want to make Park City our home. We are avid Snowboarders, hikers, Wakeboarders, and enjoy anything else outside.
