This is the place for a perfect family vacation! No traffic, no high rises, and miles of private beach. Stay at the nicest property on the beach. Brand new 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Waterside Village in Mexico Beach. Condo has 2 large master bedrooms perfect for two families to share. Each master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, huge walk in closet and large bathroom with his/hers sinks. The kids bunk room has a twin bed on top and full bed on the bottom bunk. Short walk to the beach and pier for fishing. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous pool and has gulf views. The pool area has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, as well as a hot tub for your relaxation.
We provide 2 folding beach chairs and a beach cart with wheels for your convenience.
If fishing is your thing, this is the place for you! Walk to the public pier, fish off of our boardwalk in the canal, fish off the beach, or charter a fishing boat
Unlike the other rental companies in Mexico Beach, we have no reservation fees and no linen fees. We also have our own cleaner who will ensure the unit is perfect for your arrival.
Come stay with us for the Port St. Joe Scallop Festival on August 18 and 19 or the Mexico Beach Artificial Reef Association Annual King Mackeral Fishing Tournament on August 25.
Other upcoming Mexico Beach events inlude the Beach Blast Triathalon September 22 and the Mexico Beach Art and Wine Festival the weekend of October 20.

Has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation in Mexico Beach. Nicely furnished and very spacious. Nothing negative to say at all.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We loved being an easy walk from the beach and having the pool to come back to in the evenings. The property was very nice and the actual condo was great. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was clean. We had a great experience and look forward to our next stay.
