I spent a very comfortable 3 month stay in this Berkeley condo. The place was beautifully equipped and maintained and the owner was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. The deck was a delightful place to sit or dine and enjoy the beautiful garden and abundant humming birds.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

We enjoyed staying this house last summer for two months. It is located quiet and safe area yet close to Bart station and UCB. It is well maintained and ECO friendly too. The owner is nice and responsible for our comfortable stay.
