The spectacular Ko Olina Resort is on the West side of the Island of Oahu, about twenty five to thirty minutes west of Honolulu. The Resort features a Ted Robinson 18 Hole Course with beautiful water falls. This beautiful plantation-style condominium features two bedrooms and two baths. Linens Provided: We take special care to provide quality linens. Sheets are high-grade thread count and kept fresh and new. Pillows & Towels are replaced every Four months. We provide lots of fluffy extra large towels with matching bath rugs. Our Pillows are all non-alergic non feather.
Garage: A one-car garage that is extra deep for storage of your suitcases or gifts you might be taking back home. If you need one extra parking space, we have a reserved Guest Spot for our Unit.
Beds
Queen Bed: The Master Suite and Second Bedroom each have a Queen Size mattress & box-springs with luxurious pillow top feature. They are in perfect condition.
Convertible Bed: The Den can be used as an extra bedroom. It has a queen sized Sofa-Bed that is actually quite comfortable for one person or children. This is brand new and in a beautiful Hawaiian Print.

Cable/Satellite TV (3): Three TV's; Living Room has a 32" with DVD; Master Suite has a brand new "Flat Screen" that is 26", and the Second Bedroom has a standard 20".

Cooking Utensils Provided: A complete Kitchen with all the amenities! Iron & Ironing Board included. Stainless Pots and Pans, all white dishes, wine goblets, and all the amenities you could want.
Refrigerator: Extra Large capacity with side door freezer and automated ice machine. Cheese Saver & Large Crisper Drawers.
Dishwasher: Top of the line "Bosch" that has extra quiet feature. So quite you don't even know it's on!

This is right off the Dining and Kitchen area and perfect for outside dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offers a private place to relax and enjoy the wonderful soft tropical trade breezes. Safe for young children.

No Pets Allowed: Absolutely no Pets!
Kid Friendly: A wonderful place for a family vacation. I would not recommend toddlers because it is an upstairs unit.
Smoking Not Allowed: Absolutely NOT tolerated. Any evidence of smoking in our unit or the outside Lanai or Patio, the tenant will pay a minimum Fine of $750.00 Plus the cost to restore our Condo to its original condition. Restoration would include Carpet Cleaning, complete Interior Painting and the cost of a labor and materials that a specialist would need to complete the restoration work.
