Why the Owner Chose Hali'i Kai
I love the Big Island. There is so much to see and explore. Hali'i Kai has the best of everything. Situated in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island, it has access to the restaurants, shopping and golf which has made the area popular for years. Unique among all of the resorts within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hali'i Kai has the private oceanfront Ocean Club. The amenities here include a fabulous saltwater pool, a full service restaurant, and of course the Pacific Ocean. The whale watching from the Ocean Club was so much better than a whale watching trip.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This property has a Waikoloa golf membership which renters can use. This entitles renters to $50 greens fees at the Waikoloa Kings course and $75 greens fees at the Waikoloa Beach course. The unit is ground floor with a lanai that opens to a lawn. It's just a short walk to the fabulous Ocean Club. There is a private BBQ on the lanai. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, shower and bathtub. Wireless internet is included. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the laundry room.

We got back from our vacation in Hawaii on Friday. Our week at Waikoloa was the best. Your condo was great. The family really enjoyed it and want to return next year. This is the latest "favorite place" for vacation. Our grandson 'lived' at the pool. Another week there and he would have been swimming on his own. Your place is beautiful and the Hali'i Kai is a wonderful resort for families. Alison, Keala and the staff took very good care of us. We loved the solitude and totally relaxed. Thanks for having us.
