Beautiful, luxury, spacious, 1,800 square foot, non-smoking townhouse in upscale Abacoa development. Five minutes from I-95, 15 minutes from Palm Beach Airport and 10 minutes to gorgeous beaches and marine activities.
They call the waters off Jupiter, "Sailfish Alley". You can fish the Gulfstream all day and never lose sight of land. I caught a 58 pound grouper just north of here a few years back. Tasted like lobster. Fed three families for a month.
Less than 5 minutes away is the new Roger Dean Stadium, spring training camp to the Florida Marlins and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Your pool is less than 100 steps from your front door. Many parks and recreational activities in the area. If you like to "Shop 'till You Drop", there are 220 upscale shops at the Gardens Mall just a few minutes to the south. It is one of the most beautiful malls I have ever seen. Downtown At The Gardens, A new mall around the corner boasts an even greater shopping experience with 100+ additional specialty shops.
Golf in the area is abundant. They say there are more golf courses in Florida than any other state. It's no wonder Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Greg Norman choose to live nearby. Two sets of golf clubs are provided.
Cruise ships and Casino Cruises are only 3 exits south on I-95. Rural Florida is just to the west. The Okeechobee Rodeo is big-time rodeo action. All the cowboys from Texas and Mexico show up to ride (or try to!). "The Lake" - Lake Okeechobee, still has the world record large mouth bass in it. (That's what my pals say!) Lots of outdoor sports shows are shot there. A little known fact: Lake Okeechobee is the largest lake in the United States.
West Palm Beach is just 15 minutes to the south. City Place (More great shopping) and Clematis Street Night life await you. Just to the north is Stuart, Florida. A quaint old town with lots of history. I like to eat at the Ashley Restaurant converted from an old bank and named for the famous gang who robbed it. The raw bar next door is fantastic. Try the "blue eyed scallop chowder". They have a great old theatre there with live entertainment. Disney World is less than 2 hours north. Happening Delray Beach is just a half hour to the south. Another 100 Cafes, restaurants and specialty shops line this old town's Atlantic Avenue. Pick up a Palm Beach Post. There is always something happening in the area.
