Professionally decorated on the 4th floor of Perdido Towers, this unit features floor to ceiling glass in the 1st Master Bedroom, and the windows open to the ocean breeze. Most people agree that the 4th floor at Perdido Towers makes you feel like you can reach out and touch the ocean. The 2nd Master is beautifully appointed. It includes a king bed and has a view of Perdido Bay and Ono Island.
The floors are 18' diagonal tile, and the kitchen and baths feature granite countertops. There are TVs located in both bedrooms and the living room, including our new flat panel LCD. Enjoy our extensive movie library of over 320 classic and new movies on DVD or pick your own movies through Netflix. The kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal.
Perdido Towers has only 68 units but owns 400 feet of beachfront property. You will feel like you are on your own private beach. (People who have stayed on the east end of the key often comment to us how peaceful the west end is.) The heated pool is almost never crowded, and is 8' deep at one end; a rare find on the Key. The building's elevators service only 2 units per floor, so you'll never be waiting for an elevator.
Across the street are our private boat slips and ramp. Bring your boat or jet skis and enjoy views of Ono Island while cruising Perdido Bay. The outlet to the ocean is less than 3 miles away if you prefer deep sea fishing. Our dock also features a gazebo with benches to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the bay. The docks are brand new as well.
The tennis courts were just completed. Our three courts are never crowded, so you'll probably never wait for a court.

We spent spring break in this condo and it was everything we expected and more! The view is magnificent from the living area and from the master bedroom. We were so pleased to be only steps from the beach. We also enjoyed staying in a smaller complex - no crowds and plenty of convenient parking near our elevator. The only problem we had was "mother nature". It was nice to have a comfortable place to spend our week, because it was way too cold to be on the beach very much. This was our first time staying in Perdido Key but definitely won't be our last. Sally made everything so easy from our first contact to checking out. We are hoping to spend many more beach trips there!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Absolutely beautiful condo with fantastic view from balcony and master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows !!! Furnishings and kitchen appliances first class complete with full size clothes washer and dryer. Security and daily maintenance of common areas were also impressive. We definitely would recommend this exquisite condo to families or just retired people like us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our 11th year wedding anniversary. We could not have been happier with our decision. It was very clean, decorated very tastefully, and Sally could not have been easier to work with! We will definitely be "regulars" at this condo! This condo is spectacular! My family had a wonderful time! Everything is so clean and neat and it makes you feel right at home. The pool is awesome! We spent more time at the pool then we did at the beach. The weather wasn't so great a couple of days so my boys loved the playstation. My favorite part by far was the balcony. It was so nice to sit outside at night and listen to the waves crash. We will definitely come back and stay again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your condo was perfect for us and we really enjoyed just relaxing and watching the water from the balcony. The floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom are a nice addition. We spent a lot of time on the beach since the weather was perfect except for one day. Even though we planned on using the exercise room, it never happened. We had a great time! It was different being at the beach in the cold, but we really enjoyed our walks on the beach, picking up seashells, and eating out without waiting in long lines. We were ready for some restful time away and our trip met that expectation. Your condo is very nice and it was the easiest reservation and check in ever. Hello Sally!!! Well, we had a spectacular time!!! Even though all of the forecasts called for non-stop rain they couldn't have been more wrong. The weather was fantastic as well as the condo!! Thank you sooo much. Also, my niece found a friend with the neighbor's granddaughter. What a wonderful, family oriented, friendly vacation home. Didn't want to leave. I had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully decorated and spacious condo. It is furnished with all new appliances and furniture. It is extra nice and quite peaceful. The most relaxing vacation I have ever experienced. Its like you have your on private beach and the water was beautiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. About the owner: We have spent years vacationing in Perdido Key, it's our favorite place to vacation. We had talked often about getting a place of own on the Key, but never found the perfect spot. One day while visiting with another family, we visited Perdido Towers and fell in love with the place. Our two families pooled our resources and bought our dream condo at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Perdido Towers:
We love the low density area on the west end of they Key. No condos are more than 10 stories tall from the state park to the state line. Unlike the skyscraper east end, you always have plenty of room at the beach. The private elevators are the best! The kids love the 8' deep pool, and the short boardwalk is great. Another great feature is the new sun deck off of the pool. It's great because it is SO close to the beach, yet right next to the pool.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We come to Perdido Key all the time when our place is not rented. We come so much, we keep everything in immaculate condition, and we've tried to think of everything you would need for the perfect vacation. We've got a movie library, beach chairs, video games, a cd player, books, board games, and more! We know you'll love it as much as we do. We even love having the Tom Thumb convenience store directly across the street. They have an unbelievable variety of products for such a small store. Continue on past Tom Thumb, and you come to our docks on Old River. Sunsets looking down the river to the bay, with Ono Island on your right, are simply fantastic.
