We really enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very thoughtful that you called to check after we got there, to make sure everything was OK. The condo was very clean, very spacious, great location to everything, and you have it very well equipped with everything needed for a week at the beach! I would highly recommend it for anyone going to Cocoa Beach. We hope to be able to stay here again!!! Thank you!!

My family of 5 stayed at this condo in April 2011. It was very clean and perfect for our family. Beach chairs and equipment was a nice added feature that the owner provided. Sitting around the table on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view of the ocean was spectacular. We would definately stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed at this property and had a great time. The beach is only steps from the unit and there is a good stretch of white sand which is very clean and inviting. The complex is very well kept and this unit was impeccable. The owners thought of everything that their guest might need during their stay. The owners were very easy to deal with and the unit is better in person than in the pictures - very large and spacious. Our family looks forward to returning in the future. Thanks for a great vacation.

We loved this condo! We come to Florida every year and this is the cleanest most well appointed condo we have ever stayed at! The owners have done a wonderful job here! Thank you for thinking of virtually everything anyone would need and especially for taking such wonderful care of your property. If we come this way again we would most definately stay here.

Jose and Jeannette, we want you to know how much we enjoyed our stay in Sandcastles 403. Your condo is fantastic. The furnishings were lovely, the entire condo was well kept, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location; it was handy to everything in Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Port Canaveral, and Melbourne. The beach and pool were both great. We definitely want to come back in the future and would not hesitate to rent from you again. Dealing with you was a pleasure. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful vacation condo.

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week and were very impressed. Everything was very clean and well equipped. It was decorated with taste and made to feel like home. We will be back next year. We got to view a rocket launch from the comfort of the patio. If you want a nice place to stay and owners that communicate and are helpful then you will stay here. We enjoyed our long walks on the beach at sunrise and watching all the little sand crabs. My husband said the surf fishing was grand.

Excellent property right on the Atlantic Ocean. We enjoyed our time immensely at Sandcastles 403, the unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very helpful and made the reservation process very easy and pleasant. Our children enjoyed the beach toys in the “beach closet”. The DVD movies are a great addition and the computer in the bedroom was great. We hope to return in the future !

We stayed this past week, Sunday to Sunday, August 23 - 30, 2009. Jose and Jeanette were wonderful to work with. They were willing to rent Sunday to Sunday. Everything was as they described. I just wanted to thank Jeanette and Jose for the use of their condo. It was perfect for our trip to Cocoa Beach. It was nicely decorated, roomy, and extremely clean. It came fully stocked with anything imaginable. I did a lot of research into finding a condo for our vacation, and I am so happy with my choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

(7/4-9/09) Jose, thank you again for use of your condo during the 4th of July weekend/week. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony, however we did go to the beach to watch the majority of them. The condo was well represented... clean, roomy and well equipped (movies, games, beach towel, chairs, etc) with everything needed for a great vacation get-a-way. The view of the ocean, from the balcony, was awesome first thing in the morning. The upkeep of the exterior was another thing I noticed. Actually seeing maintenace being done... pool cleaning, the walls of the entire buildings being sprayed, etc was proof that maintenance is a priority. I would definitely recommend your condo as a place to stay and will keep you in mind for future visits. Melinda

We had a wonderful time here. The conco is large and beatifully furnished. THe best thing is it has all the things you need, including beach stuff, etc. A great place to stay with kids. The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was in perfect condition;immaculate and in good repair. And despite all that was extremely comfortable. Beach was wonderful and all of the other guests/tenants were friendly and welcoming.
