GORGEOUS DIRECT BEACH - GULF VIEW FROM THE BALCONY! - Fort Morgan Vacation Condo DOLPHIN UPDATE: EARLY JULY: GUESTS IN STAYING IN THIS UNIT IN EARLY JULY REPORTED SEEING 20 - 30 DOLPHINS AT A TIME NORMALLY AFTER 9:00 AM. Our guests staying in Late June have reported seeing Dolphins nearly every morning. That counted about 20 dolphins swimming together at one time. DURING THE SECOND WEEK IN JUNE, 08, WE WATCHED THE DOLPHINS SEVERAL MORNINGS FROM THE LIVING ROOM AND BALCONY OF THIS UNIT FROM ABOUT 8:15 AM - 9:30 AM. THE DOLPHINS WE WATCHED WOULD BE IN GROUPS OF 2 UP TO ABOUT 12. LATE JULY: DOLPHINS WATCHED FROM THIS CONDO AROUND 7:15 AM. WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR AUGUST - SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER. MID-SEPTEMBER RATES ARE AS LOW AS $499.00 FOR 7 NIGHTS. Thank You for Considering Our Gulf Front Home for Your Vacation. This 4th Floor Sunsuite Provides a Fantastic Direct Gulf Front View from the Balcony and Living Room. The Beach and Gulf Can Be Viewed from Almost Every Point in the Condo. It is Common to Sit on the Balcony or Living Room Sofa and Watch the Dolphins Swim and Play. This is Not Your Typical Gulf Front Condo. As a Corner Gulf Front Unit, in Addition to the Wonderful Gulf Front and Beach View from the Balcony, a Side Window Provides a View of One the 7 Pools as Well as the Beach and Gulf from the East. The Side Window Allows You to Wake up to and Enjoy the Beach Sunrise Without Leaving Your Condo. This Unit Has All Ceramic Tile Floors. Sleeping Arrangements Consist of a Queen Size Bed, a Sofa Sleeper and Two Bunkbeds. This Unit Can Sleep 4 Adults + 2 Children in the Bunkbeds. Bunkbeds Should Be Used By Individuals Under the Height of 5' 10" and a Maximum Weight of 140 Pounds. A TV with Cable (Including HBO & Disney) is Provided with VCR/DVD. A Telephone is Available and All Local Calls Are Free. Kitchen Includes Stove, Microwave, Full Size Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Cooking & Eating Utensils. Coin Operated Washer & Dryer Are Located in Building. This is a Non-Smoking Unit. No Smoking Allowed Inside or on Balcony! Also, pets are not allowed.
