KNOLL Cottage HIDEAWAY.....PRIVATE and PET FRIENDLY! AVAILABLE by the WEEK or MONTH.... This unique cottage is located on a graveled half mile long laneway that passes through a historic homestead, farmland, open meadows and by a small pond. Nestled on 2+ acres there are beautiful Red Maple shade trees and Evergreens in the yard. An ideal location for long walks down the graveled laneway.

This one-level two bedroom house was built into a knoll and is earth friendly and unique. A wooden walkway and deck lead into the house. There is an open KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM AREA. Off a long corridor are the TWO BEDROOMS, each with French Doors which look out to the expansive yard. The furnishings are IKEA-light and cool. Each room has ceiling paddle fans.

Knoll Cottage is two miles from the beach and three miles from HISTORIC TIVERTON FOUR CORNERS. A wonderful farmstand and bakery ~ "Walkers" ~ and SAKONNET VINEYARDS are within a mile. This is the Perfect Hideaway to bring your Pet to! PLEASE CALL ....I'M SLOW TO ANSWER EMAILS.....THANK YOU!
