Enjoy the sweet life on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ! The Sweet Mesquite lake house is a new, three bedroom, two bath, one-story home near the 2900 bridge in Kingsland, TX.

You will be seeing green in this upscale lake home retreat!

•The home’s green exterior, grassy lawn and surrounding trees blend in with one another providing a beautiful backdrop from the water’s edge. This home is also very peaceful, both on the water and neighborhood.

•All of the furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and new! From the chenille oversize sofa and tightly woven seagrass bar stools to the wrought iron master bed, great care has been taken to provide our renters with comfort and the feeling of luxury.


•Enjoy the openness with the living room, kitchen and dining room together in one large space. Enjoy the freshness of this new home with crisply painted walls, lightly colored tile throughout


There are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and enough room to accommodate up to 10 guests.
