Are you looking to head to the beach for some real R&R? Then welcome to The Flip Flop Beach Stop at Tidewater Beach Resort! We have a 1BR/1BA with bunks that sleeps up to six comfortably on the 15th floor looking directly onto the beach, there's no road to cross. Simply take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk out about 50 steps & you'll be on sand.

Located near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road, Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest, most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast. This brand new, 5 star Resort is located several miles West of the Thomas Drive/Miracle Strip madness and features an impressive array of amenities for your enjoyment. Our unit has sunrise views and overlooks the sugar white beaches and the emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico from a private balcony with absolutely gorgeous views to the east. This unit has an open floor plan so the kitchen opens up to the family/living & dining rooms. The family/living room includes a 32" remote controlled TV with cable and a DVD player as well as a full size sleeper sofa. We provide high speed wireless internet via cable modem that will keep you connected at all times...but only if that's what you want. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (quality Swedish foam mattress for extra sleeping comfort), a 27" remote controlled TV with cable & a DVD player. There are very comfortable, regular size twin size bunks in the hallway. Our unit has been professionally decorated in a "beach cottage" motif and includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a washer & dryer. The dining room comfortably seats six and we have two adjacent bar stools allowing you further seating. This is our home away from home so you will have all amenities necessary to enjoy your vacation.

Imagine relaxing by one of the two 4,200 sq. ft. lagoon pools, each with a hot tub and poolside Tiki bar or enjoy the indoor heated pool or one of the two Roman spa pools. Maybe you would prefer the 4,300 sq. ft. cardio-fitness facility with a health bar, sauna and spa…the choice is yours.   • Loved, loved, loved the condo. It was so quiet, I don't think that anyone was staying on our floor. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I loved having the corner unit with the extra windows. My brother lives 2 block away on Lullwater and he loved sitting on the sofa when the sun went down. The pictures just don't do it justice. I also appreciate your cleaning crew, your condo was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. We also loved the extras (DVD's, games, beach towels, detergent, dish liquid, beach stuff). We stayed in a lot of condos. Some of them leave you one roll of toliet paper per bathroom, nothing extra, no soap, paper towels, dish liquid, etc. We've had a few that left a few extras but nothing as generous as yours.

  • We just returned from a week at your condo and had a great time. The condo is so cheerful and well decorated. It was our first visit to Panama City Beach so we "played tourist" visiting Pier Park, touring most of the beach area and taking a drive down highway 30-A one evening for dinner. The weather was great with only one windy day. My husband played golf one day and we just lounged at the beach and pool. Having beach chair service was a big plus. The toys, games, movies for kids is a nice touch.

We loved everything about it especially, all the little extras, like the many dvds,games,beach towels,beach toys,menus for tons of restraunts,you had just about everything which was so nice. If we might have forgotten something you probably would have had it there. We felt so at home. The veiws from the condo are awesome with all the windows, even though you are on the side and not facing the beach,you still have veiws of the ocean. It was definetly the best place we have stayed in Panama City Beach. The Tidewater is a A+.

  • We had a GREAT time at the Flip Flop Beach Stop! Here are just a few of the things that we loved: 1. The AMAZING view! 2. All the great amenities - indoor pool, workout room, indoor hot tubs and sauna, 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs. 3. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. 4. All the little extras - movies, books, menus, maps, laundry facilities in the unit - really made it feel like home. 5. Nice, central location on Front Beach Road was easy to find and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. 6. The owners were very helpful and so easy to work with. 7. The easy access to the beach made morning beach walks simple. 8. The view!!! Our week at Flip Flop Beach Stop was a wonderful retreat from the nasty Wisconsin winter and we are already talking about doing it again next year! Thank you!!

  • Great November getaway. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. The ocean was beautiful. Even though it was not beach weather we enjoyed the views, lunches over looking the ocean, and sunsets on the beach. Pier Park was great, had a morning of relaxation with a pedicure at So Happy Nails and walked next door to Massage Envy for an hour massage. Be back soon with the kids.
