This condo features 3 bedrooms. The lower floor has two same sized bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is set up with a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The twin beds can be joined to make a king bed if you desire. On the main level there is a very open floor plan perfect for groups from 2-8 people. There is one futon style sofa (makes out to a full bed) and a sectional are in the living room. The living area opens up to a large balcony with a picnic table and a glider for outside dining and relaxing. You will not believe the incredible views from the balcony of Prospect Peak. There is a large dining table and there are 2 bar stools at the granite bar in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream. If you prefer not to eat out every meal, purchase groceries at the convenient Safeway in town and cook up a storm! There is a half bath on the main level as well. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a large loft style room w/ a private bathroom and walk in closet

We'd love to come back again for sure!' Guest from Highlands Ranch, CO - 'Awesome Accommodations. So much to do and so little time. We will come back again and stay much longer. Enjoyed the cool weather and the convenience to the park.' Guests from Mandeville, LA and Colorado Springs, CO 'This place was perfect. Our stay in Estes Park was a lot of fun. Close to downtown and R.M.N.P. made out travels very easy. The recommendation of Dunraven was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids really enjoyed the Big Thompson being so close. Thanks for sharing your home with us.' Guests from Lee's Summit, MO

The incredible location of this townhouse will make you never want to leave Estes Park. Just steps from the Big Thompson River, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
The kitchen was big enough for our large group to hang out, cook and eat together. The pictures do not do this home justice. There are many amenities that make this place feel like home. I could have hibernated all season in these comfortable beds!
The local YMCA and downtown Estes Park are about a 5 minute drive. There are hiking trails and beautiful scenery all around, including a great view of the gondolas.
If you are looking to have a place to relax and get away from it all; or a place to eat, shop and enjoy downtown Estes Park, this is the place for you!

We enjoyed lodging at this condo. We have been to other locations in Estes but this was very nice. It was close to all activities, grocery store and restaurants. We had grandchildren with us and we all fit comfortably in this house. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Big Thompson River. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Estes.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent four nights at this condo in late Aug. We loved the river walk and the evenings on the deck. . We enjoyed the nice big kitchen though we only ate one dinner in. We always have dinner at The Dunraven and Ed's Cantina when we are in Estes We are happy the grill came with charcoal so we did not have to go out and buy any. Our daughter spotted a bear in the driveway across from us about 10p.m. one evening. We spotted a large Elk a few condos down from us as we were driving out of the complex. The condo was clean and we would recommend this to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were great: responsive, friendly, and helpful. The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean. We were walking distance to some great shops and coffee (!). and just a short drive to town and the park. We had a fantastic kitchen to make meals and a deck with views of the mountains. We are already planning to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Being from Nebraska, we have always loved vacationing in Colorado. When we were looking for a place to get away from the hot, humid summers in Virginia, we decided on Estes Park. The condo is a perfect way to have a worry free second home. Being close to everything: hiking, fishing, eating out, river walking. There is nothing like sitting on the deck gazing at the mountains or by the river to let the cares of the world be washed away.
Why the Owner Chose Estes Park:
Proximity to Denver Airport, Rocky Mountain National Park, the cool dryness of Estes Park all od the wild animals and breathtaking views.
