We spent four nights at this condo in late Aug. We loved the river walk and the evenings on the deck. . We enjoyed the nice big kitchen though we only ate one dinner in. We always have dinner at The Dunraven and Ed's Cantina when we are in Estes We are happy the grill came with charcoal so we did not have to go out and buy any. Our daughter spotted a bear in the driveway across from us about 10p.m. one evening. We spotted a large Elk a few condos down from us as we were driving out of the complex. The condo was clean and we would recommend this to friends and relatives.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners were great: responsive, friendly, and helpful. The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean. We were walking distance to some great shops and coffee (!). and just a short drive to town and the park. We had a fantastic kitchen to make meals and a deck with views of the mountains. We are already planning to go back!

This was our first rental using VRBO and we were all very pleased with our stay. The home was clean and our 2 year old toddler boy really enjoyed the deck and the living room area. This home was conveniently located to dwtn Estes Park and is in a nice neighborhood.

The condo is very nice, we loved the open space of the family room, dining and kitchen combination. 4 generations of my family stayed here for 7 nights. The large open common space was nice. The views out the windows were great. The kitchen window faces the highway but is set back enough so that it did not bother us. We even viewed coyotes out the window 2 days. We also enjoyed the proximity to downtown Estes Park. We were able to walk downtown, although a bit of the walk was along the highway. The park entrance is also very close. For traveling with small children, there are no baby gates, and a lot of stairs. Fortunatey, we had enough adults to help us watch the baby near the stairs. My 84 year old grandmother was ok with the stairs. Should be warned the upstairs bedroom (master) is a loft, in other words NO FULL WALLS for privacy from the people in the "great room." The baby trying to take a nap in that warm, sunny, noisy room was not the best combination. Everything happening in the bedroom and great room can be shared! The downstairs bedrooms were best for privacy, and darkness. Areas for improvement: The dry rot on 3 of the boards on the exterior balconey over the garage was of concern to us, where we did not feel safe to have our 12 month old out there without someone immediately next to her. We cooked dinner nearly every night. Kitchen supplies were plenty but could have been better selection, there is a veggie steamer, but no blender or mixer. There is a charcoal grill but only 2 steak knives. There are tall bowls, but no small serving bowls.
Owner response:Thanks for the suggestions for kitchen supplies- we have purchased new steak knives and bowls and some other things per your suggestion.

Our family enjoyed this home so much......we felt like we were coming home every time we entered the door. It's nice to have that feeling far from home. We were so fortunate to have found such a great location and hope we can return some day soon. TEN THUMBS UP!!

Perfect location for getting in and out of the park quickly. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home in Estes Park. You feel away from the touristy part of town and the condo development is very quiet. Our kids had a blast playing down by the river area. Thanks again.

We loved the location of this condo. It is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and to the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The condo is roomy, comfortable and very nice. It was perfect for our first vacation to Colorado. We had a wonderful time!

We loved our stay. The condo is even bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen is spacious and the deck provided a great quiet place to enjoy the evening stars. The location is perfect, with a babbling brook just steps away. It's right outside of the park, and within walking distance of beautiful downtown Estes Park.

We had such a wonderful time at your condo! It was very roomy and the setup of the kitchen and dining room made it easy to feed our group! The deck was awesome too and we loved sitting out there at all times of the day. We've been coming to Estes Park for over 30 years, and this was one of the nicest, cleanest and convenient places we've ever stayed. Thanks again!

Loved the condo. Perfect location. We had three generations staying there and everyone was happy. The river walk is beautiful and peaceful. RMNP is so close and the shuttles are super convenient. The kitchen is great for cooking and we loved dining out on the deck. Everyone thought the beds were super comfy, even picky sleepers. The elk visited us on our first day. Nice welcome committee! Thanks again.
