We're very excited about our vacation home and hope that you'll stay with us. We've furnished our condo as if we were going to live there ourselves, so we've thought of everything! It's sunny and bright, spacious and comfortable!
Located on the second floor, our unit is the largest of the 3 bedroom condos in Windsor Palms, with over 1400 sq. ft.(even larger than the townhomes). There are two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds and their own TVs. The third bedroom has two twin beds. We have installed high speed internet and free local and long distance phone service.
All bedrooms have huge walk-in closets. Our unit has two oversized complete bathrooms. One is within the master bedroom, the second is shared with 2 private entrances. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you want to make chocolate chip cookies or just some cool drinks, you have everything you need. All rooms have brand new ceiling fans.
Our unit is professionally cleaned and maintained. Our helpful and friendly management team is available for emergencies. We have been inspected and licensed by the State of Florida.
Renting our condo gives you full unlimited access to all the facilities at Windsor Palms including free sports equipment rentals. Our resort has 24 hour security, so it's private and exclusive.

Our rates are not dependent upon the number of adults and children in your group
so please be honest. Depending upon the time of year and the number of nights,
our rates range between $85 - $145/night. Minimum Stay 4 nights.
Please add $80 housekeeping fee for stays less than 7 nts. Florida tax 13%
