This beautiful property offers you the unique opportunity of staying in a nicely decorated house, full of exquisite mexican handcrafts and antiques, among luxury contemporary details.

We know water is one of the geatests ways to enjoy life, our house has been provided with fountain, jettubs, outside jacuzzi, swimming pool, masage showers. Hidroneumatic pumps control capacity and pressure so we do not overwaist water. As well you can really enjoy those quiet of happy days at home relaxing at any of several terraces, laying down in a hamac, reading under a gazebo, our private patio complement the space you deserve.

Our 6 bedrooms house (1 of them is suite), built over 6500sq feet, is divided in 3 bungalows, each one has been considered in order to offer independence which provides to your guests with privacy in certain areas, or the facility of group joy in patios and terraces.
Walls covered of green garden sourround our house offering you total privacy.

Each one of the bedrooms has been nicely and conciously decorated, each one with tv, dvd, cable & full bathrooms considering the needs of the nicest guest, two of our bathrooms had been provided with jettubs.

Our master suite includes a private terrace, kitchenette and outside covered jettub overlooking the garden.

Our house is located just at the other side of the street of The Center for Linguistic Multicultural Studies -Spanish schoool- (UNINTER), in a residential and safe area, with international atmosphere on the main street and ancient mexican buildings near by, within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and only 2 km (about 3 miles) from the historic downtown.

  • Our family of 6 stayed here for a week while visiting our daughters who were studying at Univac Language School. The home is very clean, comfortable and provided all we needed for a relaxing stay. We were content to spend time on the outdoor patio reading, enjoying the beautiful weather. Our bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space and privacy. Saul, the caretaker was available but not obstrusive. The location was wonderful....we walked to the grocery store and some cafes, El Centro and easily caught a taxi to anywhere we wanted to go. We all would love to stay here again and both the owners and the caretaker were accomodating and communicative. If I can help with more specific questions, feel free to contact me!

  • We truley enjoyed our stay and would like to thank Guillermo and especially Saul for a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and better than anticipated. Close enough to centro to walk, but plenty of taxis to get there quickly. Perfect place for several couples as there a 3 seperate buildings and plenty of privacy in each. We'll be staying here again on our next trip to Cuernavaca!

  • This home far exceeded my expectations! It is beautifully furninshed with antiques and interesting collectables. Everything is top of the line, this is not a rental home with cheap furnishings and linens, but the vacation home of the owners. The indoor/outdoor kitchen and covered patio were the daily gathering place to eat, enjoy the Cuernavaca weather and compare notes on the days activities. This house is perfect whether you are coming to Cuernavaca to immerse yourself in Spanish or just to relax and enjoy the "City of Eternal Spring". It is directly across from the main entrance to Universidad Internacional, the primier Spanish immersion school in Cuernavaca. There is a wonderful grocery store and shopping/dining area within walking distance. Taxis are easily hailed from the front door for a fast and cheap ride to the Zocalo (10 minutes/$3.00) and there is a full service laundry across the street if you don't wish to wash your own at home! The house is divided into three bungalows, so there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a little privacy, especially for larger groups or multiple couples. My husband and I always rent a home for our vacation and this one has been the gem of them all!!!
