Amalfi Coast resort features awe-inspiring views of the Gulf, direct beach access with gazebo and dune walk-over, two pools, reflecting pond, two tennis courts, covered parking, club room and professionally landscaped grounds.

This unit is bright, cheery, clean and comfortable, where you can enjoy gulf views from the master bedroom/bath, living/dining area and kitchen. You will surely enjoy alfresco dining on the oversized balcony while overlooking the pools, grounds and the Gulf of Mexico.

The unit has over 1,365 sq.ft. of spacious living area. The unit has two large bedrooms. The master features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, view of the Gulf and its own access to the balcony. Two custom built-in bunk beds in the hallway, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a large utility room with full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Want to come by airline and rent a car? Fly directly into Fort Walton Beach (VPS) Okaloosa Regional Airport or nearby Pensacola or Panama City. Or you can be sipping umbrella drinks sitting in the sun within six hours from Atlanta, four hours from Birmingham or New Orleans, and nine hours from Memphis, Nashville or Houston.

RATES LISTED BELOW ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

No reservation prcoessing or parking fees are applicable.
Spring Break and Summer Seasons require a minimum stay of seven nights - Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rates are for seven nights.
Nightly rates are for four-night minimum.
Stays of four nights or less are subject to $100 cleaning fee.
Refundable security deposit of $250 required for all reservations.
Florida sales and tourist development tax of 11% will be added to all rentals.
No additional charges for high-speed internet service.
Maximum of six guests allowed; at least one guest must be 30 years or older.

Will also consider long term rental.

No Pets Allowed: There are no exceptions to this rule except for those assisting the blind or disabled. The association does not allow rental guests pets.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 30 years old to rent this unit.

Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking is allowed in unit nor on the balcony. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of any rental payments and security/damage deposit, as well as incur additional charges for carpet cleaning and deodorizing.
