This beautiful home is 1400 SF, 3-bedrooms and 2-baths. It has a dining area, a living room that is tastefully decorated and a covered patio off the kitchen. The home is well stocked, so just bring your clothes and your toothbrush!

Coral Canyon has a wide variety of activities to choose from including indoor/outdoor pools, an extensively equipped workout room, hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, large children’s playground/park, a championship 18-hole golf course for an additional cost, and spectacular views.

Coral Canyon is located in the City of Washington which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. It is also within a short drive of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Quail Lake Reservoir, Dixie Springs Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park and within an easily drivable distance to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

If you head south on I-15 you can visit Mesquite, NV with its incredible restaurants and exciting nightlife. Of course head just a little bit further and you can visit the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

If you decide to visit St. George you can enjoy activities that include St. George Musical Theater with its theater in the round, Tuachan Amphitheater, Golf, Shopping galore and more fabulous restaurants.
