This beachfront condo has many brand new features. It has been updated with tile in the living areas, paint, and upscale furnishings. We have tried to make this a very comfortable home away from home for your vacation.
You will find a well stocked kitchen with new appliances. The living area opens up to the covered balcony which provides a wonderful spot to watch the sunset over the beach or listen to the calming sound of the ocean waves. The king sized master bedroom also opens up onto the balcony. There is a second bedroom with two twin beds. At this complex, you can enjoy the renovated swimming pool, the wonderful tennis courts, and the beach side pool deck where grilling out is fun as you feel like you are still on the beach! Activities around the condominium include mini-golf,shopping,fishing pier,restaurants, the Gulfarium, a conference center and miles of beaches.

I arrived at Emerald Isle 508 to find a very nice well stocked CLEAN unit, My wife and I were there the whole month of March, the staff at Florida Coast Rentals were very helpful with all the things needed for our stay. This was our first stay in Ft. walton. We always head down to PCB. But I believe we have found our new vacation spot. This was beautiful, peaceful and so relaxing. Owners were very helpful with any question we had. Condo was clean and convenient to everything. Loved sitting on balcony watching dolphins play in ocean early in morning. I would definitely recommend this to others.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this condo in July 2011 and had a wonderful time! The condo was exceptionally clean, and had all of the cookware and amnenities that you will need. The rental process was extremely easy, and we arrived without a hitch. The main office was closed when we arrived and we did have to call the mgr and get our parking pass a few days later...not a big deal though. The condo was very quiet, and soundproof...as we could not hear the neighbors. The ac worked great! The only complaints that we had were that the doorknob to the master bedroom fell off, and the closet door in the other bedroom wouldnt stay closed. We did notify the owners upon arrival and they were to get a repairman there after our visit, didnt hamper our stay. Thank you Brenda and Kelly for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation in your home! The Hopkins familyRecommended for: Families with young children.
