This vacation is located only one hour from the twin cities and one-half hour from Saint Cloud.
Accommodations include two private bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, one with twin beds. The loft area is furnished with a futon that converts into a full size bed. The living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed.
Swim in the lake or in the heated pool. Enjoy sunbathing on the beach, by the pool, or hidden away on your private deck. Children will enjoy the sand beach complete with a playground.
If fishing is your passion, this is the right lake for you. Clearwater Lake offers great year-round fishing with large and hungry populations of Large Mouth Bass, Northern, Walleye and pan fish.

Thank you very much for our wonderful stay in your condo! We have four kids ages 15,11,7 and 6 and all were very happy between the great fishing, the beautiful pool, water sports on the lake, catching frogs by the shoreline, or playing with other kids who were staying in condos nearby. The tenants really did think of everything....from charcoal, lighter fluid, firewood, board games not to mention the beautifully updated interior of the condo. We enjoyed sunrises from the east over Grass lake and sunsets in the west over Clearwater which we could see from the deck. Clearwater is a very large and interesting lake to explore and to fish in. There are many shallow areas which we didn't expect but fantastic fishing spots and plenty of acreage for water sports and swimming. We heard the loons daily and we caught nice-sized bass everyday ! The kids were happy catching bass even from shore. They truly were excited ! We hope to return to Clearwater next summer ! Thanks Rick and Shelly !

I was so impressed with this condo! It had everything included and more. The beach and pool were very nice. The view from the deck was instant relaxation! It was also nice that we could tie our boat up to the dock and leave it there for the week. I can't even think of anything that we wished was provided and wasn't. Just a great vacation. We would go back in an instant!

If you're looking for a vacation away from the cities with no hassle then this vacation rental is the place for you! My family and I rented this condon over 4th of July weekend and it was awesome! The condo is beautiful and completely up-to-date and includes everything you need to have an enjoyable get-a-way (it also inlcudes everything you didn't think of but still needed!) Thank you Rick for everything and my family looks forward to next summer on Clearwater Lake!

From the moment we walked into this wonderful cabin we were impressed. Rick had taken care of everything from sheets to pans. The view was spectacular, we were there for our wedding and our party loved the bonfire pits, barbecue grill, and boat. There was lots of room and the property is very close to Annandale which came in handy for all of our errands. We had seven of us in the cabin at one time on some days and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Also the waterfront restaurant is nearby and is really good. Thank you so much Rick and we will be returning. We highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to relax in nature and not have to worry about packing an entire house full of stuff, everything is taken care of for you.
