First of all, I was very impressed with the owners. They were a pleasure to work with and the planning of our accomodations went smoothly. This unit has beautiful ocean front views! I loved the layout...perfect for all ages, especially families with young kids. Upon our arrival, the place was clean but not spotless. There were a couple of things broken, such as the hanging racks in the closet upstairs off the bathroom/loft area. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced, as they were stained with mildew. Some cookie sheets stored in the oven drawer were not clean, as well as a couple of skillets.. Very impressed with all the amenities though...washer and dryer, kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, baking/casserole dishes and pot holders. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would rent it again, as well as recommend to friends family.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Although we always choose Winddancer when we go to Destin because the unit is a great layout, in a great location, it was not clean, especially the bathrooms/bathmats. Many things in it were missing or broken.
