Great accommodations! You will enjoy this family-oriented villa complex, which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our beach condo is completely remodeled and redecorated including new flooring, paint, etc. Great for couples too!!!! The condo features upgraded full kitchen, full size refrigerator, built-in microwave and dishwasher, a private master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two twin size beds, along with a new queen sofa bed in the living room. Three TVs - one in each bedroom and one in living area( two of them are flat screens LCD) - with cable and DVD players.
There is a nice balcony on which you sit back and relax to the sounds and feel of the ocean.
Very close to beach and Oceanside pool and poolside restaurant. Ten tennis courts are less than 50 yards from our villa. Play or practice your game with a lesson from tennis pro.
There are over 30 golf courses in the Hilton Head Island area. There are 3 championship golf courses with a daily rate, 1.1 mile from the Resort at the Port Royal Golf Club. The Resort is 35 miles from Savannah, Georgia and the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport; a local airport is less than 5 miles from the Resort.

Our family had a fantastic time while staying at this vacation rental. The condo was very clean and well-kept. We appreciated being in a gated community that had a low speed limit, it couldn't have been safer for our kids. The location is great as you are steps away from the tennis courts, pool, ocean, and playground. The resort had plenty of activities for children and you are minutes from countless activities and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and ready to answer any questions we had. He called us during our stay to assure that things were to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this place and are hoping to stay again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
