Location: Regency Isle, Orange Beach East, Orange Beach, Alabama, USA (THREE MILES TO GULF SHORES, ONE MILE TO FLORIDA LINE)

Our Condo is our home away from home. The best view from the 7th floor! YOU WILL LOVE THE BEACH AT THIS PROPERTY, NEVER OVER CROWDED. INTERNET CONNECTION IN UNIT.

You will find it to be tastefully furnished with a sage sleeper sofa, love seat and an oversized tropical fish patterned chair. I have unique prints that blend well with the overall décor of the condo. It is painted in a straw hat color that catches the warmth of the sun and the unit glows with a sun kissed feel.

The master bedroom has a wall to wall balcony window a SPECTACULAR VIEW, that adjoins an oversized master bathroom, complete with a jetted tub, two closets and a large double vanity. The well equipped kitchen features granite counter tops with ceramic tiled flooring, which extends throughout the main living area. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds with a private bathroom. There is a half bathroom in the foyer area, adjacent to a private laundry area.

Additionally, there is a large foyer closet to store your beach stuff! There is a wet bar, complete with ice maker. The living room features a wall to wall balcony window that leads out to an oversize balcony, complete with a table and chairs, and a panoramic view of the ocean and the pool and grounds below. The community offers a large grilling area that faces the ocean and is just perfect for evening barbecues.

There is a fitness center on the third floor, and an indoor pool with sauna. The unit features broadband internet access. Our unit has assigned covered parking convenient to the elevators, and the grounds are patrolled 24 hours per day. The view from our front door is of Ono Island the Bay, and is simply breathtaking. By far, the Regency Isle is one of the premier properties in Orange Beach. You will be most pleased with the unit and the community.

  • My sister and her family needed an escape from the steamy Midwest; they joined my husband and me at this absolutely lovely condo. What a view! Six of us stayed very comfortably, cooking in the well- appointed kitchen and relaxing on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf and the outdoor pool. Swimming, parasailing, fishing, crabbing, shopping--we did it all. The building is very child-friendly, especially in the summer months. I strongly recommend this getaway, and Lisa couldn't have made the rental experience easier. Kudos, Ms. Walch and VRBO!

  • We had a great time in Orange Beach over the last few days. Your condo at Regency Isle is very nice and a great place to relax and unwind.   • Had a wonderful time at the beach. Regency Isle is clearly one of the best places on the beach with indoor and outdoor pools, minimal crowds, plenty of beach, and beautiful views. A very nice accomodation and a wonderful place for a vacation. Will return!

  • Dear Lisa. Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in Orange Beach. Your condo is A+++! We really enjoyed it. The pools, the beach, the boardwalk, your balcony; it was all wonderful. And by far the best thing about Regency Isle was the absence of any real crowds. Never had to wait for the elevators, the pool area was spacious and the beach wasn't crowded at all.
