GREAT LOCATION! ....1075 Point Sebago Way. Close to the beach and all facilities yet far enough away from all the bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet. You can walk to the beach in approximately. 15 minutes or drive to it in less than 5. There is plenty of parking available beachside. We are a 25 minutes drive to Portland Maine and approximately two and a half hours to Boston.
BEST RENTAL RATES! What's the catch???.... NOTHING!! It’s a very competitive rental marker. Our goal is to keep the cottage rented. Plain and simple.
TWO WAYS TO RENT.... Rent a full week, Sunday - Sunday or five days Sunday - Friday. Gives you flexibility.
This is a lovely 2 bedroom fully furnished and equipped cottage that comfortably sleeps six. We are directly across from the clubhouse. The nine hole is your backyard!! The cottage has a full size kitchen with everything you would need. Off the kitchen are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twins. There is a half bathroom within the second bedroom and a full bathroom just off of the master bedroom. The kitchen leads into a lovely, bright sunroom which offers ample seating as well as including a queen size sofa bed. Exiting from the sunroom is a large (300) square foot back porch complete with dining set, gas grill and two lounge chairs.
Point Sebago is a 'gated' community. It is a great place to do as much or as little as you like. There are numerous activities for all ages. There are supervised children's activities throughout the day. In addition there is nightly entertainment in the lounge and clubhouse. The resort also has a full service restaurant and snack bar.

Why the Owner Chose Casco
I choose to buy due to it's great location. It is very near Brigton and Naples which offer a lot of amenities and for a larger city, Portland is only 25 minutes away.
The resort is very clean and very well run. In addition they offer many activiites for kids, along with a great golf course and marina. In short, everything is there to have a great time.
